Good customer service the food was fresh and hot. The only issue is their lemonades looks very bland they did not look fresh even sitting in the containers and I figured they were flat tasting if that makes sense so I decided not to get one. And I really did want one. I wish they would improve that. Outside of that the pops were fresh fully carbonated in the store was clean.

Customer Service was terrible! I asked for some veggies at 6pm and was told they can’t get me any veggies because they ran out and it takes too long to cut more, then was told they don’t close until 10pm. The staff is lazy, and I will never come back to this location due to the terrible service I received! All around terrible location.

It's fast casual, so.. you know. I'm not blown away but it is light-years better than taco bell or del taco. I love to get the burrito bowl with barbaco a long with a bag of chips so I can just heap a spoonfull on each chip. I've never been one to drench the toppings on a pile of chips, too messy. This works perfectly

The rice was undercooked and was served in small portions. How hard is it to properly cook rice dude? This isn't the first time they have undercooked it either. Like just get a rice cooker at this point

I’ve noticed a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction among the staff here, which is concerning. When I approached the person taking my order with a polite demeanor, he responded with minimal engagement, seeming quite distant and unhappy. Despite my efforts to uplift the conversation, it didn’t seem to have any effect.

Additionally, I found the portion sizes to be inadequate, and the chicken was consistently served cold. I believe it would be beneficial for management to assess these issues, perhaps even inviting external feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.

I don’t leave bad reviews, but this place seriously is the worse. I’m not sure how hard it is to make a quesadilla or a bowl. But they always forget to add stuff when we do mobile, or when we go in they never have anything made. Please see attached photo of my quesadilla filled with bread. Go to a different chipotle. Or just don’t go at all, most locations suck.

I got the wrong order, via online order. But, I took it back and the manager corrected the issue. Stuff happens, which is life and the fix was great. They even gave me free drink for my trouble. Will definitely go back.
