I just got my chipotle and it has full lettuce not even cut and what I think is spinach what kind of service is this it’s one of the worst looking chipotle bowls, I’ve ever gotten and also, my brother didn’t get his two drinks also can’t believe this service

The worst rice at a chipotle I’ve ever had. Let’s cut the price in half next time for not being able to eat half the bowl. Out of white rice, out of lettuce… not a care in the world from the employees.. I’ll drive plenty far before going back to this one.

My family decided to order 2 bowls, chips and guacamole to share. It was a last minute decision. Everything was wrong when we got home chips weren’t cooked at all. Was giving the entire wrong order. We were just so starving we ate it but very disappointed in the whole process.

Watched the guy grab a towel from the red bin and push rice back into the container with said rag. Weird. Carne Asada is lit tho.

This is by far the worst Chipotle we have ever experienced. We door dashed 4 bowls and chips and queso. All of our bowls barely had anything in them. The tiniest sprinkles of lettuce on all of them. One of the bowls was supposed to have barbacoa but had no meat at all. My bowl had guac but it was brown and slimey....It also had stringy chunks in there. Very disgusting. The steak was dry and had tons of fatty pieces in it that was inedible. How is this location still in business. Also we ordered a large chips and queso but the queso was in the smallest cup you can imagine. Whoever is running that place needs to get fired or quit immediately. Terrible experience. I was embarrassed for my family relatives who i made the order for. Everyone was disgusted by the portion, quality, and outcome of it all.

Good customer service the food was fresh and hot. The only issue is their lemonades looks very bland they did not look fresh even sitting in the containers and I figured they were flat tasting if that makes sense so I decided not to get one. And I really did want one. I wish they would improve that. Outside of that the pops were fresh fully carbonated in the store was clean.
