This location is the worst one I've been to. My last order had the wrong meat and type of beans. I've had other orders where I waited in the chipotlane for 20 minutes. The meat cook quality is very hit and miss. The rice also varies; it has been really undercooked/crunchy or really salty at times. It's a gamble every time ordering here for quality, portions, and being on time. I'd go to another location if it's not too far out of the way.

We have always had great service and food at this location. My daughter is allergic to cheese and they always take precautions and do a great job to make her food safely. We were in the other day and Adam was behind the counter preparing the food by himself. It was super busy with a line all the way to the door. He was moving quickly and kept the line moving. He also had a great attitude and was friendly with the customers. We will definitely be back.

I am an ER nurse, and during a very long night shift I ordered here. I ordered a chicken bowl with fajita veggies, tomato, sour cream, cheese, and a side of chips. I got a bowl with I think beef, rice, beans, and Lettuce. AND no chips. So I paid for a meal that was nothing I wanted, dry and missing things I paid for. Luckily had some soyr cream in the staff fridge at least. I am tired and extremely disappointed.

Staff is always friendly and quick, but I will say the chips are always stale, every single time. I hate to be “that” person and ask for fresh chips, but that might be the only way to get them fresh. Also the meat is always very fatty or chewy, but I just don’t get meat anymore and that solves that. I don’t think they can control the quality of the meat anyway. ?

Had a large catering order delivered. Noticed upon delivery we were missing cheese. Headed up to this store and they were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Gave extra food, offered a free drink. So apologetic. I will be back. Food was DELICIOUS!

This location is truly terrible. My family loves chipotle and it’s the only one even remotely close to us so we have given chance after chance. I don’t know how they make orders when they are out of everything on the line. Literally all they have is beans and different cheese this evening. Ridiculous.

It's hit or miss with this place. Some days that staff is on point other days you can feel the tension. Some days the food tastes awesome, other days you can tell it's been sitting.

This must be some sort of joke.. right? Three days in a row I try to come and get food and they’re out of multiple things, AGAIN. How is it that management can’t seem to figure out how to keep food on the line during busy time? At this point they should have a pretty good grip on when lunch and dinner rush is. They really need a better system. Each time I watch multiple guests walk out for the same reason. What a shame

Only giving two stars because of the very few times I have had a good experience here. Every single time they are out of numerous things. How are you out of rice, veggies and chicken all at the same time? Something needs to change with the management at this location. It's sad, not to mention 1 out or 10 employees are half way decent to order from.

This Chipotle needs to get their stuff together!! I tried giving them chances, it was great the first year it opened, then it went downhill. Pickup times aren’t correct and I’m often still waiting at the window, then for the employee to basically shove the bag in my face without saying a word. Always out of something, how are you out of queso, cheese, rice, or chicken all at once?! The last straw was $60 worth of food ALL incorrect, missing items on our burritos or just giving us a completely different order. I get messing up on maybe one thing because it was a big order, but ALL FOUR burritos were made differently than what we ordered. This was a few months ago and we’re still waiting for our refund from Chipotle on that order. Guess they forgot about that one tooEdited to add that the SH location isn’t much better by the looks of it
