Ordered online thru their website, not door dash or anything. They didn't have some of the food available, refused to substitute and didn't tell me that the food would be ready if I could come back in an hour. When I called to have the order cancelled they said I had to go thru the website. Well I did and now 4 days later absolutely no response. I will just have to dispute the charge with my bank

Very very ghetto I arrived at 5pm and all the workers were in the lobby on their phones the cashier with the headset rudely made a hand gesture to me I couldn’t understand so I assumed maybe the in side was only closed when I got to the driveway he was very rude saying they were closed despite it being 5 pm I said okay I couldn’t understand and he proceeded to exit the building cursing and screaming like a female he/she stated she was the manager I will def be calling cooperate avoid this store if possible workers are very lazy and clearly hate their entry level jobs

Do not waste your time, this place is always dead which means the food is always old and cold. Have tried to go twice, first time they only had bbq sauce to dip the tenders, second time they did not have tenders available at all.
One of the employees was smoking weed outside in the car and went directly behind the counter to take my order.
Almost comical how bad this joint is, save your time and go to Lees across the street

- The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes . - I order a 16 piece family deal and half of my chicken were cold and maybe 3 pieces were warm - the honey biscuits were hard as a rock and burnt - the customer service was fast and the location is nice BUT THE FOOD IS FOUL - this location does not do refunds as well so a Google review is good enough - $55 is a lot in this economy, so im expecting my food to be fresh and hot.

The food was actually hot and fresh and it was not too greasy customer service was okay maybe they would just tired or maybe it was a long day so they can get a pass. For the most part the parking lot was clean and what I could see through the drive-thru window look clean. I would definitely go back based off The freshness of the food I have the fried okra I had a three-piece dinner with a biscuit that was soft not hard. Jalapeno poppers seem the little stale could have been sitting under the light not sure but it wasn't the end-all to be y'all.

I went for lunch today and the food was not good. They sold me the lightest chicken ever! I don’t understand how you serve people food they know damn well they would never eat. The spicy rice was still hard I’ll never go back.

Just ordered my food around 12 something today. I’m so pissed and disappointed I paid almost $30 for my food. They gave me a biscuit instead of mashed potatoes as a side and I already ordered 3 biscuits. Their crews needs to be re trained!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I ordered a 16 piece leg and thighs, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and an 8 piece biscuit. My husband arrived to be told they were out of Mac n cheese and they went ahead and substituted it without notifying us with the spicy rice (which has peppers in it). My mother in law is beyond allergic to peppers and almost ended up in the hospital due to their miscommunication. Then my husband decided to call and spoke with a supervisor just to be yelled at, degraded, and hung up on. While on the phone with said supervisor, the supervisor didn’t even allow him to speak. Once we started eating our food we then realized the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were OLD, and the chicken tasted like it had been fried in extremely old oil. We will NEVER return to this location nor will we recommend this location to anyone we know.
