First time going. Chicken smells like churchs of old and breading is very nice. Mashed potatoes and gravy are very good. Biscuits are extremely good. However, chicken doesn't really have must flavor. Cost is better than either kfc or high as heck popeyes.

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! They are literally never open. If yall dont have staff then management just needs to shut the location down. 2 days in a row they weren’t open at the times that they have posted. And they also still advertise on doordash which is wasting people money because when the dasher goes to the location it’s closed!!! Just shut this place down or hire more workers!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE-THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! On Nov. 16th, I ordered online at 7pm (they are open till 8pm), and my credit card was charged $71 as soon as I placed the order. When I went to pick up my order shortly after 7pm the lady at the drive thru speaker said they were closed. I then told her I had an online order and she rudely repeated they were closed. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location so I called the corporate customer service and spoke with them 5 times over the last two weeks and still no refund!!!! I never write bad reviews but this place deserves the worse review you can give!!! It is now Nov. 30th and still nothing has been done and I still do not have a refund!!

Yesterday at around 12pm I came to get a 10 piece. I love churches but, then the lady with dreads at the window was cashing me out and she did give me my chicken and I gave her my card and I owed her like 50 cents and so I reached in my consol and grabbed the changed and was trying to exchange the card for the 50 cents and she acted like she had an attitude because she thought I was trying to steal the chick without paying the rest of the bill and so I just gave her the money and drove away because I was just offended terrible costumer service and manners so I won't be coming to this wouldn't care if they shut this place down
