Julie P was amazing. The brunch menu was the perfect way to start a Sunday morning. We were greeted by the host stand instantly. We had multiple managers check in to make sure we were enjoying. All around 10/10 experience.
Our waitress was very nice, the food was phenomenal and wine was awesome. The desserts was phenomenal!
Made a reservation more than 24 hours in advance and received confirmation for a table in the bar for a birthday. When we arrived, we were told that we couldn't sit in the bar area (that was requested on the reservation), and we couldn't sit sit at a high top but it was first come first serve, first serve, or in the main dining room. The person told me their tables were all full “for the game”. I looked perplexed, and said I'd settle for a high top, then he said, “First come, first serve”. Another person came behind the counter and then he told us there was a cancellation and we couldn't sit have the table that I originally asked for- we get to the table, and there is a reserved sign w/a card w/my name and special instructions for birthday. The birthday was never mentioned by the server, and she seemed to want to rush us out. The food was okay, but the atmosphere not great.
As always, a wonderful experience. Our server, Javier, was excellent. It's the second time we have had him and his attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our experience even better. Coopers Hawk is one of our family favorites and for good reason!
Great food, waitress, atmosphere, and drinks. Unfortunately it took 2.5 hours for a normal dinner. Appetizers to dinner to desert took FOREVER. Love the place but if that's the wait I don't know that I would return.
It is my number one go to. It's good for casual dining, a beautiful lunch or celebrating, as in this case, a birthday.  Food and servers are always top notch. 
We loved our dining experience, our waiter was great! A little loud and wait time for food was a little longer than usual.
Had a reservation for 5:30 on sweetest day and it was crowded due to kids having homecoming. The service was still impeccable and the waiter Sarah with the small gold hoop ear rings was amazing!!! I’m not a wine drinker and she was able to recommend something that I liked. Service was quick, food came out amazing!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was top-notch, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The wine pairings were spot on.
Our server was attentive without being overbearing.

Wine tasting was good but food selection wasn't great I ordered 8oz filet which came out very salty I instantly got an headache after the first bite and was unable to even enjoy the rest.

I am a wine club member so I always enjoy my experience here but this time the service was even better than usual. Although I am very sad they changed their oven roasted vegetables I ordered the special and it was delicious! Our server Shante was phenomenal, she was so personable, attentive and bubbly!

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Samual at Cooper’s Hawk, and I can honestly say he turned our evening into something special. His customer service skills are outstanding, genuine, patient, and perfectly attentive.
Samual has that rare combination of warmth and professionalism that you just don’t see often anymore. He greeted us with a smile that felt completely authentic and carried that same energy throughout the entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, made thoughtful recommendations, and carried every interaction with grace, humor, and care.
It’s clear that Samual truly loves what he does, and it shows. He made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table, and his kindness elevated our dining experience far beyond expectations.
If every server had Samual’s heart, attitude, and dedication, dining out would always feel this memorable. I genuinely hope his supervisor recognizes how exceptional he is because he deserves to be celebrated. Cooper’s Hawk is lucky to have him, and we’ll absolutely be requesting Samual on every future visit.

The food, drinks, ambiance and conversation was impeccable! Our waitress Trish was very knowledgeable about the menu and is very friendly and amazing at her job. Her smile and personality were unbeatable and making sure we got the best bang for our buck? Who could ask for more!! We will be returning to this location just to have our experience be as amazing as this one was! Good job Trish!

The service at the dining table was great! However, the service where you pick up your wine was horrible! Two young ladies were assisting others, I waited patiently and when it was my turn she assisted persons who came after me, I let it go, we were communicating so I just knew that I was next, no, she assisted persons who had just walked up and I immediately said something, I was ignored several times so I walked to the other young lady who was free and she assisted, I explained the issue, she apologized and assisted. My sister asked the young lady who dismissed me why she did not assist me and she had no answer… when I go to the Troy location I never ever have this is… very disappointed as a wine member, I will not go back to that location.

My experience is always great, but today the Manager Justin went out of his way to accommodate me and my guest. My husband and I are wine club members . In August I changed my option from sweet to variety. At my visit today I was told I was able to get the magnum special, and if course I enjoyed the sweet and wasn't able to make that selection because of my wine club status. Justin fixed that for me and asked that I send and email explaining the mix up.
