Great atmosphere, service and food! I LOVE the “Over The Border Egg Rolls” and the “Red Wine Braised Short Ribs”!!!!!!!!! Ommmgggg they are sooo delicious! I order the same thing every time and it’s delicious every time! I definitely recommend the two dishes along with others. Great restaurant for dating to family fine dining.

We hosted a bridal shower. Amanda was our waitress. Amanda provided service extraordinaire. She is a real pro. High energy and service with a smile. Chef Max introduced himself and offered special menu items for our guests with dietary restrictions. He was very kind and accommodating. Food had nice presentation and was delicious. Pitchers of peach sangria were tasty with lots of fruit. A real hit with our guests. I highly recommend Coopers Hawk.

My mom & I ate here to celebrate my birthday. It was both ours first time eating at Coopers Hawk. I must say we had an awesome time. The wine was quite delicious and the food is phenomenal. We both had lobster bisque soup and was quite delicious and creamy. My mom had the chicken risotto and I had the beef short rib risotto. The beef was so tender, buttery and melts in your mouth. I definitely recommend the beef short rib risotto. Our sever Austin was very nice and knowledgeable. We would definitely visit again and request Austin.

This place really focuses on wine. I don't drink wine. One of our friends is a server here we requested to be in his section. They were unable to meet that request. There was a couple things that weren't available on the menu. Other than that it was pretty awesome.
We love Cooper's hawk for our fancy dinner dates. Excellent food, service, and wine. I recommend making a reservation before you go if you can so you don't have to wait because they always seem busy.

We went here today for my brother in laws birthday ?. Latrice was our waitress. Hope that is her name and spelling. She was phenomenal!!! Great customer service from start to end. The brussel sprouts are amazing and so was the warm pretzel bread. I had a blu cheese burger and fries. My daughter had a crispy chicken sandwich. The presentation is amazing. Just great customer service. We were well attended too! I also activated my wine club membership. Very tasty options. We will be back

Kinga in the tasting room provides great service. She is kind and efficient at her job. I appreciate her care to offer wines when I am unsure of a specific taste I am wanting. She is very familiar with all of the wines I inquired of and I really like her service. Thank you.
I had really big hopes when I got here. Me and my wife made reservations and when we got there we were taken to our table in the back back corner (which is no big deal to us normally). Except that every table surrounding us had piled up dirty dishes with left over food. Nobody came to clean them until at least 25 minutes into us being seated. Our waitress was asking other waiters to clean them for her which I don’t know if that’s the norm there or what but whatever. But here’s where the real problem was - our waitress had one table.. us and that’s it from what it looked like and she took literally 20 minutes each time to come back to the table to check on us it was ridiculous. By the time she brought us our appetizer it was definitely not hot like a flatbread should’ve been. By the time she brought our main course we’d already been there at LEAST a hour and fifteen and we ordered the apps and food back to back… last but not least she seemed to hustle me on signing up for the wine membership to get a “free bottle” of wine lmao. Told me if I signed up that night that I could get three bottles and one would be free basically but didn’t tell me that the actual membership cost money. Just took my card and went on her merry way without explaining fully. Looked at my card and there was a separate charge for like $60? It was all a mess and I won’t be back.

I love this place. Absolutely did LOVE the waitress Melissa. We were waiting at the bar busy night. Naturally I knew that the wait staff was just busy. I get that. I'm in customer service, when we did finally get approached and the waitress asked "are you waiting for something" I was a bit taken back. No hello, no how are you. And dirty looks until I asked for another waitress, after that. It was great!
