I've been going through this drive through for years with my big red dog. I always order a Charlie. Recently they have no idea what a charlie is. No label on the drink the past two times and it was made way wrong. It felt like they were making fun of me especially the young lady. Very rude. I will never come back again

I will never ever come here again they gave My Husband some stale donuts and I have kids with autism so they ate the donuts without a care in the world because they didn’t understand but we’re really upset but what upset me the most is the employee said he couldn’t give me no cash back because I use my Visa card and not cash, not only that they didn’t even have enough consideration to make some fresh donuts they service is straight garbage service

I personally love this location so much! They are so quick at the drive-thru, able to hear them perfectly. And ive never had my order messed up/cold/old, its always been perfect. My dog and I come here almost weekly and they offered a lil pup cup for him today, was very sweet! Love everything about this

I literally just left thus location 5 minutes ago. I wanted the $6 meal. He said it's only for members. I said you should post that with the offer. He said it is. I read the entire menu. Nowhere does it state that. So I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese wrap and hashbrowns. There were 6 hashbrown rounds. Six! I looked at the bottom of the bag, thinking they must have fallen out of the pack. Nope. Not one more was to be found. The wrap was so crunchy, crispy that it was breaking apart like a cracker. This was my first and shall certainly be my last visit to this location!

They will give you day old or two day old donuts. Go to Tim Hortons, a half mile South, and you will always get fresh donuts. Tim Horton's also has a better selection of donuts. I stopped going to Elain's Bagels too because it was just unfriendly and grounds in the coffee, although the bagels are amazing there. The costs for bagels at Elains has also become outrageous.

As you can see on my order sticker, I ordered less ice. What do they give me? MORE THAN THE ACTUAL NORMAL AMOUNT OF ICE. Is it really that hard to not dump two handfuls of ice in a cup for 4 ounces of drink? Ridiculous.
