AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH
i used to go here regularly and order the same thing generally, nowadays the quality control is lacking, to say the least. as time passed, there have been increasing instances of floating particles (which turns out, is from improperly cleaning the tap) in my green tea refresher to the point where i had to inspect it every time, only to be met with the same issue consistently (see pic). food would be good quality most times, although at times the order would be slightly off (i.e. wrong type of bagel). i would like to see an improvement in cleaning, otherwise i cannot say i recommend this location to anyone

I used to love this Dunkin & loved getting coffee here daily but after my last few visits I decided to no longer be a customer. Every time I go in the store, I’m never greeted & have to wait ten minutes before getting helped. My orders lately have been extremely wrong. I pay for cold foam, get none. Ask for cream, get none. Ask for flavor syrup, get none.

This is the worst most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I get Dunkin almost daily from various locations and I’ve never had a drink or order made correctly at this location. One time I even asked to just refund me because I didn’t want the drink they made and they said they can’t. Longest wait ever too, so unorganized.

I've been going through this drive through for years with my big red dog. I always order a Charlie. Recently they have no idea what a charlie is. No label on the drink the past two times and it was made way wrong. It felt like they were making fun of me especially the young lady. Very rude. I will never come back again

I will never ever come here again they gave My Husband some stale donuts and I have kids with autism so they ate the donuts without a care in the world because they didn’t understand but we’re really upset but what upset me the most is the employee said he couldn’t give me no cash back because I use my Visa card and not cash, not only that they didn’t even have enough consideration to make some fresh donuts they service is straight garbage service

I personally love this location so much! They are so quick at the drive-thru, able to hear them perfectly. And ive never had my order messed up/cold/old, its always been perfect. My dog and I come here almost weekly and they offered a lil pup cup for him today, was very sweet! Love everything about this
