I've been going here for a while. Normally, it's a decent place. However, maybe it's the newer folks that work there, (understandable some quite young). My order has been unfulfilled a couple of times. Knowing that there was newer staff, I completely understood and wasn't very upset, and I know that we all need to learn just a bit. However, it is the 5th weekend in a row where I have gone to this dunken, and the results of my orders have not changed. The Mocha ordered on my last visit had no espresso at all. Im a patient person, but when it's the 5th time of my order not being what its supposed to be, im starting to believe it's either someone not caring at all about their job. Or possibly lack of training. I hope that the newer staff works on their abilities, but until then. It will be quite some time before I feel comfortable returning to this location. I've spent enough time and money having my order not completed thoroughly. I mean no disrespect with this review. But i truly hope this issue gets resolved at some point in the future

I go to all Tim Hortons for my breakfast croissant sandwiches... but I will only come to this dunkin from now on. These were perfect. The Spanish fellas working are beyond nice. Thank you everyone.

They closed 10 minutes early and I had to disappoint my grand kids. I asked them to take cash for the 3 doughnuts they were about to throw away! I actually told them this review was coming and he said so what!!!

Workers can't understand orders, something is always broken or out of stock. Not sure how this location is still open honestly. I will never go here again.
Can never make the drink you orser as they're either always out of vital ingredients or a machine is broken.

The people that own & work here should learn proper English and learn how to count money. They don’t have ANY sanitation practices and they play dumb when you communicate to them. Luckily, I’m a civilized human. My encounter with two of them the other morning was terrible. Dunkin Donuts is garbage these days. It’s my fault for going there.

The guy there doesn’t even read the orders I don’t know, the coffee tastes like burnt and the refreshing flavor is so plain, they have to change the staff there asap!
