Just went there, ordered an iced coffee and a donut, in drive thru, paid with gift card at 7:22am, started to pull away and the guy was saying “wait wait your straw” so I stopped reached my hand back got it, Dropped daughter off at school, as I was driving by location on way home at 7:28, I get a new bank alert on my phone for a new purchase of 8.73 that I did not make. Immediately went back inside to question it, guys pretend they don’t speak English, I called police, workers aren’t answering his questions, pretending they don’t understand (they spoke English no problem when taking my order), made police report. . They have some kind of scam going on here. BEWARE

My grandsons spent the night and like to have donuts in morning. I always go to Willie's at 21 and north Ave. Boys wanted to go to Dunkin and I was so pissed that I got 6 stale donuts this morning. People working there cannot speak English. Who owns this place? I will never, never go back and am going to tell those I know to stay away. Dunkin is iconic East Coast brand, but here, no thanks!
