I know this may be petty but I see why the donut is being removed from Dubkin. Just call it a coffee shop at this point. I used to walk into Dunkin and see rows of donuts but I hadnt been in for awhile. I wanted a donut and to my surprise it was SLIM PICKINGS! 6 kind tops, all dry looking. Super disappointed. The drinks are decent but im not feeling the rebrand.

Almost every time I go here there is always something wrong with my drink or my food. My food is always either burnt/hard as a rock or mildly warm and gets cold within seconds of taking it out the packaging. Staff can barely speak and understand English so with the language barrier it’s hard to get anything done. THEY CHARGE FOR NO ICE??? The stupidest “policy” I’ve ever encountered. Displeased with the service, food, and the incompetence.

Do not waste your hard earned money here.
Pros: delivery through doordash was fast.
Cons: The food is GROSS. Anything that has to be heated tasted like burning electrical /plastic / non food item. Not sure if I was just poisoned with one bite? Please read my other reviews there plenty of other food places around to choose from.

I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts since July and I've never had a problem-it's the closest Dunkin to my house. I have 1 year old twins so I have to go through the drive thru. This morning around 8 am I ordered a medium black coffee with cream and sugar on the side. When I got my order at the window the young woman with long black hair (who I've never seen before so I'm not sure if she was new?) Gave me my coffee with cream and sugar inside. I noticed whoever made the coffee put cream and sugar inside. I told the young woman at the window. She took a few minutes and came back handed me a coffee and a bag with cream and sugar. It wasn't until I got all the way home with my 1 year old twins that I noticed she handed me the exact same coffee she already gave me-the one with cream and sugar in it! I don't know if she was too busy socializing instead of paying attention or what her deal was, but she needs more training and anybody else who was responsible for my order should get more training too!

Not my normal Dunkin Donuts. I go to do a different one in the area, and they are exceptional. I went here one time and ordered a medium coffee and a blueberry donut. They acted confused. They told me they didn't have any mediums and upcharged me on a large. I get to the window, they give me an apple juice I didn't ask for that I paid for already. Then when leaving I go to bite into my donut and it's just a plain donut. Very poor service, won't be returning to this location.

Found this place on Instagram reels. The place has a very boutique low-key vibe to it. A lot of interesting food that I had never tried before. It's become my new go to spot
The last 3 months have been trouble. My order is always wrong. If I can find a Dinckin in this area for my travel to work. I will definitely start going there. This is ridiculous. There's one thing to get the order wrong. But it's another to tell the customer that they are wrong about what they order. But here is the killer part. I order the same thing every time, anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week.
