Ordered a carry out for our family of 3 through the online portal. After spending $56, we got home to see the entire order was wrong! We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a triple, just to see all 3 were singles. Additionally, none had cheese. We ordered all with NO lettuce; add ketchup, mustard, onion and pickles… 2 of 3 came with lettuce, and 1 came with zero toppings at all. Just a burger patty and bun. As someone who works in the service industry, it takes a lot to actually prompt me to leave a negative review; but this is just beyond disappointing. We’ve never had a problem at the Eastpointe or Macomb locations- and it looks like moving forward we will have to continue our business at one of those two places. How sad.

Not Good. Cold fries, cold burger, a lot of hard grizzle pieces in the beef! Bun was super cold but had crunchy parts. Meat and fries lacked seasoning. Definitely not the typical 5 guy experience I've had at numerous other locations for many years.

I don't want to give it any stars...my son took me to 5 guys on south bound Gratiot /west of 15 mile road. I had heard so many good things from my son concerning 5 guys, that I was excited about getting a mouth watering hamburgers, fries and a chocolate shake..the minute we opened the door, my eardrums were blown out because of how loud the grunge music was. It wouldn't of matter what kind of music they played,but I wanted to sit and relax while I was eating my meal...it felt like going into a bar instead of an old fashioned family hamuger restaurant..This was first time going there, I really am not sure I will even give it anouther chance.

I have been to Five Guys many times in the past, and have not been there in over a year and figured we would give this location a try.
We got a large order of fries, three bacon cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese , my total was a little over $52 which I think is kind of a lot, however the burgers were fresh and good, I ordered online it told me it would be ready in about 12 minutes, since it was dinner time I figured it wouldn't be ready so I waited 12 minutes before I even left my house, by the time I got there we had to wait 10 more minutes but it was because they were waiting on fresh fries so the fries were hot and fresh when we got them however the burgers weren't hot because they had been done for a while while waiting for fries, super greasy as always but overall a good experience

Ok I'm not going to give complete crap review. The burger is for sure on point but can I get some fries with the salt . I highly recommend getting fries with no salt and add your own. And then we get to price for a cheese burger and regular fry 19.16 that's crazy. Between price and the aggressively salted fries this is a one and done

Three strikes and you are out. This place opened recently and I have been there a handful of times. Fist issue was my order taken at the counter, the guy who took my order ordered me a hamburger and a little burger. I clearly told him two little burgers. The next issue, I ordered online, a little burger and a hamburger. My little burger was good but my hamburger was missing BOTH burger patties. When I tried to call the store no one answered. The two of us tried to call a few times and still no one answered. Today, they said my order would be ready at 6:06. It was not. I waited over 10 minutes for my order only to get THE WORST fries I have had at 5 Guys. I actually had to come home and fry them for more than 7 minutes in my air fryer. It cannot be that hard to get an order correct. When I lived in Warren, the 5 Guys on Gratiot and 9 mile totally rocked. Zero errors at that place. $26 and some change is way too pricey to take home crappy food orthe wrong food.

Showed up at 930 to grab food sense they close at 10 , doors were locked even with customers inside the business, someone walked out I walked in to see if I could order and over heard them saying how the hell did they get in there, terrible customer service, will not be back
Great burger. The employees were hustling and friendly. Not a fan of skin on fries but these were pretty good. For those that claim it’s pricey, thank Biden and Harris for that, not 5 guys. I’ll be back.
