It's not very often that I get to Five Guys, and I really wanted a good hamburger and a shake. I ordered some other stuff, and my total was about $45. When I tried to give a $100 bill, it was refused, and I was asked if I had anything smaller. I replied No. I left the restaurant mad I never had anyone refuse money.
I was sitting down with my food already and I forgot my drinks instead of me having to wait in line while my food gets cold they were nice enough to just give me the drinks that speaks a lot about this place. Definitely coming back.

Very unprofessional staff, 2 customers ahead of me left complaining. The employees where messing around an taking there sweet time on my order, when it was finally done an bagged. It sat on the prep table for 5 minutes well they finished there conversation before giving it to me. Food was bland with no flavor an my cheeseburgers. Will never eat there again.

I love a good burger & fries from Five Guys. These burgers are not greasy & do not give me heartburn or indigestion. The fries are made fresh (they use real potatoes), and they always put twice as many fries in the bag. They have free in the shell peanuts. They're self-serve, so you can eat as much as you want. They are pretty pricey, but we don't eat out often, so when we do eat there, it's a treat. I have not yet tried their shakes.
FYI: This is NOT a traditional sit-down restaurant where a waitress seats you and takes your order. Just don't get your hopes up for a nice fancy place. You go in and order at the counter. But they're so soooooo good. I just wish they offered a combo deal for the burger
Update: they've added a meal option to add to your sandwich/burger. Yay!I can't give it more stars - I already gave it 5 stars. I just wanted to let people know that they did add the meal option. You get a fry (small, I think) and a drink for $5.00.

Friendly staff, but the burger was not up to 5 guys standards at all. May give it another chance or just travel to the Hall Rd. location next time

$27.00 for 2 tasteless smallest burgers, overcooked fries, 2 fountain drinks and no offer of peanuts while we wait. We wouldn’t recommend nor will we be back.

First time here. Won't be back. Burger is bland. Only flavor comes from bacon. Fries are so so. Not good enough for me to finish them. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Food is sus.

Five Guys – A Meal Worth the Mayhem of the Inflatable Reindeer
It had been one of those strangely productive Saturdays—the kind where you find yourself knee-deep in the back corner of your garage, wrestling a tangle of holiday inflatables, rogue tomato cages, and that one snow shovel that always hides just when you need it.
I was covered in dust, filled with questions about why I still own three cracked planters, and dangerously low on morale. That’s when I made the decision: I’m going to Five Guys.
My first visit. A rite of passage.
Behind the counter stood a true gentleman—let’s call him The Burger Guide. He was patient, welcoming, and effortlessly kind. He walked me through the ordering process like a seasoned Sherpa guiding a first-time trekker up a mountain of toppings. No rush. No judgment. Just expertise and quiet encouragement.
And then came the burger.
My word.
It arrived wrapped like a secret and tasted like a revelation. Juicy, flavorful, and stacked to perfection. The fries? Glorious. Piled high as if to say, you’ve earned this. And I had.
The chaos of rubber bins and off-season storage faded away with every bite. In that moment, Five Guys wasn’t just a burger joint—it was sanctuary.
Bravo, Five Guys. I came in tired and disheveled. I left full, grateful, and ready to battle the snowmen again. I will most certainly be back.

The burger was fantastic today but the fries were not done. I can’t BELIEVE THEY WOULD GIVE SOMEONE THESE UNCOOKED FRIES! The first time I ever had soggy greasy fries like these from any five guys. Very weird
