About two weeks ago I got a sub that was supposed to have lettuce on it, didn’t have lettuce, okay whatever I can let that go. This time I get the same sub, a chicken BACON ranch sub! Can you guess what wasn’t on it?There was no bacon! I also asked for no tomatoes, I got tomatoes, that I don’t mind as much but I mean how do you mess up twice on one sub?!? my brother got a sub too and the guy making it wasn’t gonna put mayo and bacon on it but my mom caught him in time, he was about to start wrapping it up without it 🤦‍♀️ The subs were got at around 4:30 pm on September 26, who’ve was working at that time wasn’t on there A-game! Normally I’m not one to make reviews, especially bad ones but I mean come on, how does one not put bacon on a chicken bacon ranch sub?!?

It is uncommon for me to stop in and get a sub. I i stopped at the store in Davidson. The food was top-notch service was good. I really have nothing to complain about. The price is fair

Upon arriving to pick up, i sat down and waitied. I then watched 12-15 walk in orders, order, receve their food and leave before i got mine. My online order said 12:04 pickup. After asking about my food,the girl quickly got an attitude with my question and said, they are backed up and it will be longer. I stated that all the walk ins before me got their food already, she said sorry nothing i can do, we are to busy. I finally reserved my food at 12:34. More than 30 mins i sat there waiting and the only thing they could say to me was sorry.....I feel this unacceptable for jersey Mike's.
Food tasted good, but I was late for a meeting....

Ordered through the app. Paid for extra bacon and extra cheese and def didn’t get it. Plus the special requests were not put on either. 2nd time this has happened at this location it’s ridiculous

They downsized their 'giant' size subs. That makes me question whether I will go back there. The giant subs were a good value before. When they put less meat on the sub, they appear cheap.

The dude working right now, total coward for how he treated the female employee I tip greatly for great service and he was so rude to her blamed his mistakes on her I will never be buying jersey from this location ever again, straight up until that kid is gone

Clearly their general manager Phil doesn’t know how to do his job: two employees on a Saturday night? Who runs the grill, register, and bar? So when a mistake happens, like my food being made incorrectly, theres no one to answer a phone. I get to drive all the way back to your establishment in inclement weather to have one sandwich remade and another once hot now cold at home waiting for me. You pay money to eat out for a convenience not this frozen goose chase.

4.09 for a small fountain drink i find this crazy!
Food was fresh but very overpriced for what you get

The manger, or whoever he is, is terrible. He yells at the staff is angry all the time and yells at the customers for big orders.

Noah made my sub looks exactly how the picture shows and great customer service and he was also teaching new people how to sweep the floors great service and great team love the atmosphere

Malcom, Iiam, and Sam were amazing . Customer service is top tier. Normally you go to a fast food place and ppl are just mean & horrible, not here, the energy is amazing.
