Bread was stale. Asked for dressing on the side. Didn’t get any. Could not understand the person on the phone. Terrible experience tonight. Went to the site suggested. Nothing there. Will try food again. Next time I will return if I get same results.Parking: Parking was fine

The food is always great here, our order is always accurate when we pick up. Only issue is the service, especially when busy. People who put in their orders online shouldn’t have to wait to get their food. Especially, like in my case, if it’s already on the counter and ready. They don’t leave the food on the shelf anymore to just grab and I’m sure it’s bc they had problems with people that took food that wasn’t theirs but they need a better system or at least need to be more attentive.

Good subs. Just annoying ordering pick up on the phone. Person who has been picking up recently reminds me of the Indian telemarketers. I think the calls should be straight to the point. Not a couple mins of bickering and what not. I don’t need to know the whole adress of the location 3 times or kept being ask it I want to purchase other things or add more toppings! Good subs though
