Excellent food. However, I am leaving a lower review because of the confusing rewards and ordering system. I started receiving emails from Jon Smith Subs after my first visit, and I eventually received a promo code for two free subs & drinks or chips. I planned my dinner around this one day and tried to order in advance. The code did not work through Toast online ordering as advertised. I installed the Jon Smith Subs app on my phone and tried to order there instead. I was prompted to sign up for an additional rewards system, and after completing the enrollment the app told me there were no valid locations nearby to order from. Since neither option worked, I opted to order takeout when I arrived at the restaurant, since I hoped they could put the promo code through manually. They told me in the restaurant they didn't take promo codes and did not offer me any sort of compensation to make up for it. After completing my order, the instore kiosk prompted me to enter my phone number for an additional rewards text program. So now somehow I'm signed up for three different rewards and communication systems through Jon Smith Subs, yet I have no confidence in any of them working in the future. Again, my food was excellent, but this whole experience left a sour taste. Until they straighten this out, I'll go to Jersey Mike's down the road instead since their point based rewards system actually works.

Employees working on 3/10/2024 were lazy and careless. Sandwiches were made ridiculously wrong (paper inside sandwich, EXCESSIVE mustard), the fries were not fresh as they're claimed to be.

I just had a steak bomb 6” for the first time and omg was it amazing. I highly recommend this place. I wish I would have gotten the footlong. Next time I’m getting 2 footlongs. Omg loved it 100% and the 2 gentleman were nice. Let’s get Kieth Lee to try this place out and get them some more customers ???

Tried for the first time last Sunday. I had the Italian sub. First thing I noticed the sandwich maker did not wear gloves to assemble sandwich. I did see him wash his hands before it did not wear gloves. Italian sub was dry no dressing or sauce. Don’t think I’ll be
