I have been eating Mediterranean Keto for almost 6 years. Usually I eat fish or cheese over some sort of greens or veggies, essentially salads. I have made different keto breads but I miss just grabbing a quick muffin that didn't take me hours to make. I got home an hour ago, bringing my husband a pizza and me a salad. My order had arrived and included garlic biscuits! I dug into them. Absolutely delicious! Right amount of garlic and nice size. I then had a fantastic muffin for dessert. If I didn't eat my salad I would be on to a beautiful bagel that was in my shipment but I am stuffed. I will be back to review the other items! I am so happy I found this shop and they deliver. Update: the asiago bagel was excellent but the waffle was the best. I've made chaffles myself but these are light, fluffy, with a slight crisp outside. I intend to try another box soon!

Love this bakery! My mother-in-law is a diabetic with a sweet tooth and loves their cookies, lots of flavors to choose from and delicious!!! I love their prepared foods as well, if you can't have sugar but want a treat or you're on a keto diet this is the place to go!!!
I was lucky enough to find Keto Katz on social media and have had two shipments that have been perfectly packaged and delicious! For those concerned with or managing blood sugar these products are made with glucose friendly ingredients and I look forward to my next order!
I’ve tried almost everything here! My favorites are the bumpy cake (or whatever you call it), chocolate donuts, parfaits, pretzels, the freakin NUTTER FLUFFER things!!!, and the lasagna! I had a confetti birthday cake a couple years ago too! I drove over an hour to get there so I load up and put stuff in my freezer and it’s still sooo good.
This place is a hidden gem for sure! I am very happy to know of this places existence as someone whose trying to live a low sugar, low carb lifestyle. This place has sweet treats and low carb options for everyone! I loved the cheesecake I had ordered, and I’ll be back again to try a parfait and one of those lumpy cakes. Thank you for existing, there needs to be more of these keto bakeries!

I cannot recommend Keto Katz enough! Everything I’ve had is soo good. I’m a Type 2 diabetic and this place has let me enjoy things I couldn’t eat anymore and the best part is …I don’t have to bake it. My family is non Keto/non low carb and no one believes it’s Keto. Everything has been a hit from savory to sweet ❤️

Good god people, this place should be no less than 5 stars! I came up all the way from Indianapolis and picked up food here. Let me tell you if I wasn’t tired I would drive up happily right now. This after haven eaten only three of the items I purchased!
The cheesecake is awesome! The lasagna was amazing, and it truly feels like you are eating real pasta noodles. Then there is the “potato” salad……wow, could have fooled me. It was everything you want but without the carbs. I have been doing keto going on five years and have not had anything close to this quality. If anything, I found out how terrible I am at cooking off Pinterest.
If you are thinking of trying keto or need something consistently delicious then you need look no further! Also, the owner was extremely nice and took the time to have a great conversation. Please frequent this place so they can expand to Indy!
