Had a great experience there, the food was good and the staff were nice! I got the bulgogi and it's fresh and halal! Would recommend and I'm definitely going back again!

This was my first time coming. I was excited to try this place and purchased the chicken and waffles , but was a little disappointed the waffle was a very dry and when I asked for extra syrup and let the server know it was dry , I was told it was an extra charge for it which I understand with inflation, but it was visibly dry and its syrup come on ... I also asked for a different sauce and the server took the sauce I had back and mixed it with another sauce Instead of just giving me a new sauce . I may definitely give them another shot because the chicken was good and she was very nice , but just when you have new customers consider making the experience better by not Nickle and diming when the person has paid full price for the item and let you know they weren't satisfied.

Let me start off by saying, if I could give this place 100 out of 100 stars I would most definitely do so!!!! I am a spice ninja always on the lookout for the greatest, tastiest and hottest food I can find and LA Hot Chicken knocked this out of the park!!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich with the extreme hot sauce(the hottest sauce in the place) and it blew away my spice ninja expectations. Phenomenal flavors, juicy chicken, heat on point!!! One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had!! My family and I will be coming back again soon to enjoy more great food. Friendly people that made you feel welcome makes this experience amazing.

2nd visit here and both times the experience has been great! Greeted by very friendly staff. They are super helpful with suggestions. Got the sandwich and popcorn chicken. Tried the fire spice level, and it was phenomenal! Glad we listened to them and tried the fire first before ordering the extreme! Popcorn chicken was crispy and since the sauce is given on the side, the crispiness is maintained. Also to mention their take away packaging is unique and ensures the sandos do not get soggy when eating it later. There are arcade games there to while away the time while we wait! Will definitely be back to try the dumplings and wings!
