There seems to be a new chicken joint opening up every few months around here. I've tried every one of them over the last year and this place is by far the best! The owner Sue seems to always be there who is always smiling, friendly and helpful. The only two items I've ever had are the chicken sandwiches and fries, they're so perfect there's no reason to get anything else! Always fresh, always delicious, always friendly and this place is perfect!

I went in for the last 30 minutes before closing and I was met with warm smiles and hot food! I can tell my meal was made to order. Very good chicken sandwich and very good fries. For medium level of heat it was a good flavor and a nice heat on the sandwich. I will definitely have to come back and try more items on their menu.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but all these 5 stars on the chicken sandwich I can’t believe! Let me start by saying the wings are great! The sandwich I ordered hot and it was pretty bland and I think it had to be a frozen patty from a bag! Had that texture and taste of a frozen chicken patty! No dry rub hardly any sauce very little heat! I have been wanting to try this place due to all the good reviews but I did not like the sandwich at all! Probably not worth 3 stars for the sandwich! I only ate half cuz I was disappointed and didn’t want to fill up on a bad sandwich!

I stopped in today for lunch and was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by the owner, Sue (who I must add is an absolutely wonderful person). Ended up ordering dumplings along w/ their signature chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was sooooo delicious!! Absolutely mouthwatering! I can't say enough about how much everything exceeded my expectations. I left feeling full and satisfied. Also had a Mango Strawberry Boba to go which was AMAZING! Can't wait to stop in again and try everything on the menu! You have to love family-owned businesses who go out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for. LA Hot Chicken is a MUST stop for great food, exceptional customer service, and an enjoyable & fun atmosphere!!

LA Hot Chicken is easily our family’s favorite place to go out to eat! My husband and I have been going since shortly after they opened in 2022 and it seriously never disappoints. They’ve added to their menu over the years and we’ve loved everything we have tried. The food is top tier and always so fresh, but the atmosphere and service are even better! The owners and staff are amazing, especially Sue, who is so sweet and truly makes us feel like family every time we come in. Just the absolute best!!

My hubby and I decided to give this restaurant a chance, and we made a great decision 👌🏼 We both had chicken and waffles and it was cooked to order 😋 Great place to entertain kids while waiting for food. They have a Pac-Man machine, Foosball, and a basketball game!! One of the female owners who was there today was Amazing and so was her employee,!!!😊

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to make an exception for this place. I've been coming here for about 2 years, usually ordering the chicken sandwich combo but I have tried most of the menu along the way.
All of the food they offer is incredible, the only thing that might be even better is the customer service. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet, when you come here it doesn't feel like you are coming to a restaurant but like you're coming over to a friend's house to have lunch or dinner, these guys really do care and it shows.
The food itself while seemingly simple, just a chicken sandwich and some fries, is amazing, every single thing they serve is peak freshness and you never taste anything that's off. I'm not a fan of fried food generally because it just feels unhealthy when you eat it and you don't feel great after eating it but all of the food here is genuinely an exception, the food is delicious and I feel great after finishing it.
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try if you're nearby, it might not look like much on the outside, being a bit hidden away in a strip mall and the interior isn't particularly luxurious and usually quiet since most of their orders are take out but the customer service and the food you will receive will quickly blow away your expectations.
