I remember going to my first Buscemi's back in 1977 and one step inside and I was transported back all those years. The smell of fresh hot pizza, deli items and bread was fantastic. Add a friendly staff with a big smile and you're hooked. Great subs too. I can't wait for my next visit.
I hadn't been there in forever. I used to go get a sandwich called Eastsider, but they no longer have it. The gentleman knew what I was talking about. I ordered an extra large veggie pizza, and it was very good.

Must NOT SKIM on the sauce.... not many enjoy a dry square pizza. Staff were friendly and store was clean. Just upset because I spoke directly to the pizza maker and asked that they make sure there was sauce in it THIS TIME, he promised and it had barely any sauce. Haven't attempted it a THIRD TIME.
