Went for a birthday and restaurant was made aware of thru OpenTable. The birthday was not recognized as other tables were celebrating. It was supposed to be a surprise but I had to mention something to the waitress. We did not celebrate after having to mentioning it. We still had a movie to get to. My kung pow shrimp was good until I had two flying bugs land on my food. I covered my dish up with a napkin and once the waitress finally came over and checked on us, I removed the napkin and the bugs came flying out. My dish was remade but did take twice as long as expected. I was asked if I wanted to take it to go and our waitress was aware that we had a movie to get to. Why would I take it to go to see a movie?? Overall - poor experience We were late to our movie and were meeting a party of 11 at the theatre. The Birthday we went to celebrate did not get recognized. (Apologies to my daughter) Bugs are unacceptable at an establishment that serves food. Just totally gross.

Was celebrating my friend and I early dinner. Logan was absolutely the best hand downs. Please ask for him and treat him good. 😊

Great food and customer service, but the restaurant was very dusty. The windowsills and light fixtures above our table needed cleaning.

Food is always good, servers are fast and friendly.

Brooke our server was excellent! Very hospitable and payed attention to details. Beautiful smile and so warm hearted.

The sauces all tasted very strange. Some descriptions floated around the table: "tastes like chemicals, odd and putrid, tastes like bleach or cleaning supplies." We've been longtime patrons but no more. The food was sub-par, the server seemed uninformed and had to be asked multiple times for simple things like beverages etc. The hostess was unfriendly and although we had a reservation, and the table we asked for was prepped and empty, she said we had to wait "five more minutes." They were not busy, and there were many empty tables. It felt like a power trip thing. So sad this chain has gone way down hill. Never again.

Our waitress Erica super exceeded our expectations, Had a gift for hospitality! She was truly a delight, She made me feel like The guest of honor or Mother’s Day, I love feeling special and she made our entire family feel special.

Amanda was our server when our family gathered together to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday. She did an amazing job serving 14 people at one time. She didn’t hover but was attentive to our needs. We were all very happy with the food and service!
