Placed a mobile order for two items, received a notification that it was ready for pickup, drove 20 minutes to the store for them to tell me they have no part of my order available. Horrible customer service, won’t ever place an order here again. Complete waste of time

The food is hit or miss, but usually good. The drink machines need some serious cleaning. We pay quite a bit more than other convenience restaurants to dine here, so we deserve quality. Missing ingredients and customizations.

Horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for an order I called in for pick up! Finally I said I wanted to cancel my order and get my $$ back, they said I would have to wait 15more minutes to see a manager! Horrible!!! Then I got an email 15 min later saying food was ready for pick up.

Excellent atmosphere at this clean location. Accurate order and they don’t skimp on the mayo. Delicious food and a calm playlist playing in the speakers overhead. It gave my husband a new outlook on life.

Overall it’s just okay. Cool vibe to hang out and drink a beer, but the food was disappointing. I went with my sisters and wife. After ordering and going up to get our food, it was missing half the ingredients because they said they were out. If so, they should probably take it off the menu. However, I would go back for the hot chicken sandwich, which was really good.
