Pretty decent.
Probably better earlier in the day though. Still have nice scones at 5 pm, just not a lot of selection.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are fairly standard but I think a little stiff for a solo wheelchair user to navigate.
Probably can get an employee to hold the door or rely on the kindness of strangers.
Once you are in, it looks pretty accessible. Maybe challenge navigating pull to exit restroom though.

For a coffee house, they seem to always be out of coffee. Three out of five visits on average I would say that I have to wait for a coffee to be brewed. Today I asked them to fill my cup from the drive-through so that I could get moving and they said I would have to wait for it to be brewed. That’s ridiculous. Service is slow, untrained, and apparently this manager today was the same.
Ordered a tea. Aka a cup where I have to put in the teabag and the hot water, but I waited for over 5 minutes while they just stood and looked around not doing anything. I’m still standing here waiting as I write this. Unbelievable. Next time I’m going to Starbucks next door. Ridiculous. I’m a very patient person, but this was absurd.

So I ordered a sandwich over UberEats. It arrived in a giant mess of dressing and lettuce. They missed the bacon I added on for $5 and UberEats wouldn't make it right. That's fine. I call the restaurant and politely let them know my sandwich was kind of a mess and it was missing things, and the nice manager on the phone was beyond understanding and put my name down for a remake.
I come in the morning after with the bag, receipt, sandwich in hand, and this older woman was so...so rude. She wouldn't greet me, even though I waited 2m for her to finish what she was doing. She gave me a really hard time about the sandwich, from insisting they couldn't make it at this time, to saying I couldn't get it with bacon like I paid $5 extra becauseits supposed to be vegetarian. No, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" when I had to drive 5 miles out of my way, or the dinner I missed last night because this sandwich was so heavily covered in oily, greasy dressing it was like a sponge. I don't like giving food service workers a hard time but she made me feel so unwelcome.

Very bad service
Went to the restaurant at 6:15 am and they weren’t open.
Me and my daughter ordered our food here. And this was my first time going to this location. They forgot the avocado on our sandwiches. And the woman forgot to put my dessert in a bag. They did rectify by having it doordashed as a replacement so I didn't have to go back up to the location but they didn't put two sandwiches in there just the one. And the food taste totally different than the one on Hall road. The one on Hall road food is better. Plus my daughter's macaroni and cheese was ice cold and they were supposed to replace that but they didn't

Went there today paid $50 for our food took a sip of our two large papaya green teas and they were both super watered down and tasted horrible. When the blonde drive through girl came to the window I explained that something was wrong with our drinks. She responded “well nobody else has a problem with it.” I then explained that I drink this all of the time and it tastes really bad and can’t even drink it. She then went on to tell me that nobody else has complained today about it and everyone there has been drinking it. I then asked her if the people in the drive through have been tasting it before they left and she told me “yep and nobody has a problem with it.” I wasn’t asking for anything free, just the drinks that I paid for. So because she wouldn’t replace these horrible drinks I went around to the front poured them out and refilled them with lemonade bc the green tea in the front of the building was just as horrible. Not sure if someone doesn’t know how to make it with the proper water to concentrate ratio or they are just too lazy to make a new batch and just keep adding water to it instead. But since when do you tell a paying customer that they have to keep the junk you served them bc nobody else has complained today. Is there a quota on how many people have to complain before you’ll serve edible products? I was nice about it, she had an attitude as if I personally attacked her grandmothers family recipe. Won’t be back, if I pay $50 for a meal I expect to at least get what I paid for, not argued with and served toilet water.

HORRIBLE...I have ordered the same salad 3 times from this location and they have gotten it wrong all 3 times. Either items were missing or items I didn't want were added to the salad. 3 strikes & this location is OUT.

I ordered broccoli bread bowls. Because it was going to be 30min wait we were offered a refund or different soup option so we picked different soups, for the inconvenience we were given a free bakery item. All was fine. Except we received soup but no bread bowls . Disappointing. However the soup tasted delicious.

First time ordering from this Panera location. I used the app to place a breakfast order of 2 sandwiches, the Chipotle Chicken, Egg, and Avocado Sandwich and the Cinnascramble. Both sandwiches had customizations (extra sauce, switching sausage for bacon on the Cinnascramble) and they came out exactly as we had hoped! The only issue was the app told me that my food was ready, but when I arrived at the store my name was not on the pick-up screen and I had to wait for the workers to notice me so I could ask them about my order.

Drive thru...Got strawberry chicken poppyseed salad. Got home no chicken in the salad. Salad mostly iceberg lettuce and lettuce was old and starting to turn on the edges. Prices very high for quality. Very disappointed.
