The bread here is my favorite!

I’ve been going here since open day, and everything is delicious. Staff, and service has always been great, food has been hot. I think I’ve had everything on the menu.

I’m never the one to complain but when you spend almost 20 dollars for a meal and get a sandwich that’s not made right bothers me. I will never go back to this establishment after what I experienced with the sandwich artist want to go back and forth and say she put green peppers and extra cheese on my sandwich and didn’t🤦🏾‍♀️ what she needs to learn is customers are always right in food industry and in this experience I was right🤦🏾‍♀️ the guy was sooo sweet to redo my meal and very polite and I appreciate that. But they sandwich artist need to retire or be disciplined.

First time to the new Penn Station and the food was terrific and the help- Trish, gave the absolute best customer service that I have had in a long time! She was so wonderful! What an Asset to this restaurant! I will definitely be returning! Five star plus!

Tristan and Maeve were wonderful. they made me and my sister feel welcomed for it being our first time there. They made us funny and have a good time while we were waiting for our food to be made. give them a raise please 🙏.

I had a small issue with an employee here and Trish, the new manager rectified it and made me feel wonderful! Because of this service, I will continue supporting this location. She is extremely helpful! Super amazing. I am glad they now have her .

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and the same guy tall skinny guy with glasses has been working here he is by far one of the rudest kids I’ve ever met He’s always very angry and upset to do his job. He always has a dead look and expression. He’s very creepy towards my daughter who is under age by the way He even cussed me out the last time I went in

Food's good, but I dropped my wallet outside the store when leaving. And when I called the store within ten minutes of leaving, they told me they saw my wallet but didn't grab it. And when I asked them if they could grab it for me they said someone already took it. I'm sorry but how do you see someone's wallet outside your store and you don't go out and grab it. Considering I was the only one in the store at the time, someone should have came to the conclusion it was mine.

Picked up an order for my boss and it was really good! Food was plenty enough and they all enjoyed their subs. I got the turkey bacon ranch sub, my coworker got the italian sub, and my boss got the philly cheesesteak! Would come here again when I am looking for a healthier alternative!

I’m still reeling from the incredible Italian sub I devoured at Penn Station tonight! The freshly baked bread, crispy veggies, and savory meats blended together in perfect harmony. The staff were friendly, efficient, and ensured my order was spot-on. Penn Station truly delivers on flavor, quality, and customer service. If you're a sub lover like me, do yourself a favor and get to Penn Station ASAP! 10/10 would recommend
