as someone on the road a lot and without much time to eat it's very rare to come by a place that serves warm good hearty and filling foods. This has it all. Smells good. Looks good. Tastes better. The staffs kind, the foods fresh even the fries are made from fresh potatoes right in store. It's hearty and delicious.

I do like Penn Station for the subs. Although had a disappointing experience with the cook. I did a call-in order of which when I got there the cook (she) was playing on her phone and my order was not ready and the only order pending as they were slow. I announced that I was there for a pickup. She proceeded to individually put the meat for my italian sub on the grill along with the sub roll with bare hands 'no gloves' on. Hmm how clean were her hands after playing with her phone and who knows whatever else ? Hopefully management/owner will read this and instill some disciplines and expectations for the cooks to wear/change gloves so as to maintain some level of food prep hygiene. I will mention that the other food prep person was wearing gloves as the sub came thru the toaster/oven. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and I do like to frequent this place. Hoping for improvement with overall food prep.

We ordered the chicken teriyaki wrap, the artichoke sub, and cold club sub. I don't think ive ever said this but everyone needs to go here and order the fresh cut fries with every sandwich/sub/wrap! We will definitely be back again! Everything was just delicious and you won't be disappointed.

The renditions over the speakers gotta go. The pretty girl w/ tattoos that worked the register was very pleasant & seemed happy. Manager thanked another employee for coming in early. I liked that. Steak & cheese is okay, but def. nothing on Tubby’s. Their fries here are really their saving grace: very good hand-cut.

Love this penn station! However did have 3/7 of the ingredients were missing from our subs like lettuce,pickles, onions, and tomatoes which we were not notified of. They were also veggie subs so that took up the majority of the sub, hoping to go back next time and be redeemed with an elite sub. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone has those days. Disclaimer, this half was refrigerator and the next day, however it still looks just as measly

I went here today for a first time visit to place a lunch order and when I entered the restaurant first thing I noticed was how clean it was , then I was promptly greeted by Andrew at the place your order register .
He was friendly and helpful .
I ordered a small and regular Cold Italian sub , both with the oil / vinegar on the side , both on white bread .
I only waited a couple of minutes and the order was ready and was thanked by the manager on my way out .
The subs were very tasty and had plenty of toppings on them , the white bread was really good , soft but had a slight crunchy texture , tasted fresh .
Only negative was , it’s a small one , was the small sub had to much mayo for my girlfriends liking but it definitely didn’t ruin the sub at all .
Overall it was a great lunch experience , from the clean interior to the staff friendliness and the very tasty subs .
I will be back for sure !!!!

Okay so… I am a ride or die for Penn Station this one especially I have never had anything wrong with my sub and it's always 10/10. Until today. I got a sub absolutely loaded with veggies and cheese and sauces it's the best thing ever. But this one just wasn't. To sum it up I had a mustard onion sub with a total of 3 banana peppers. I kid you not this thing was drenched in mustard, and it was the wrong mustard at that. Overall will be back I ride for Penn Station but today, Penn Station road me.

Great subs. This location doesn't have the same deals as other locations. Like the Monday madness deal.

Fries were completely burned,and the bread for the sandwich was saggy and undercooked.Thought I'd give you a try as a new place,but compared to other Pen Stations,this one is by far the worst.I'd post pictures but they're too ugly and don't wanna ruin someone's day.That's all from me.

Had a coupon for a "buy one large, get one small" so I thought I'd give it a try.Ordered a club on multi-grain bread and a Classic Italian on the same.Since there is no way I'm eating what works out to 3 sandwiches at one sitting, I'll just review the club.It was good! The bread alone was delicious, a bit sweet (maybe too sweet?), had a nice chew to it. A good portion of meat, well balanced with the normal selection of veggies and the good amount of sauce without being a sloppy mess. I'm looking forward to finishing it for lunch tomorrow. Or do I eat the Italian?

Vegetarian options: If you don't want meat, order it without. Simple.

Parking: The strip mall seems new, some spots unoccupied and the lot hasn't been striped yet but there is plenty of room.

Wheelchair accessibility: There us enough room but it seems just enough. The railing that separates the ordering area from the seating area makes it seem a bit tight.
