I'm upset! Just ordered a grande caramel mocha hot wit whipped cream as I drove away it tasted weird it was a peppermint mocha NO whipped cream!!! CLEARLY not what I ordered!!! I was too far bt the time I realized and I tipped her!!!!!

The big blonde girl at the window on Sunday night around needs a serious attitude adjustment the way she carried herself and spoke to customers is disgusting do not come here there are 3 other Starbucks in the area with way nicer employees which I would recommend going to if you don’t want ur day ruined.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this- between the 5 times I have gone here in the past few months, they have forgot the cream cheese to my bagel. Forgetting a food item is fine, whatever no biggie, but FIVE times in a row is absolutely ridiculous. These workers forgetting the cream cheese I pay extra five times in a row and then not apologizing should NOT be acceptable. I worked in fast food so I know exactly how it is and I have NEVER experienced anything like this before.

I'm so happy this is 'My Starbucks.' They are amazing, the employees are so sweet and kind. The drinks are 10/10 every time. They are quick even when it's busy. I got the cherry chai and it's quite possibly the cutest drink ever. I went to different Starbucks a few days ago and it made me so grateful that this one is the closest to me.
It is Starbuck's, nothing really to add. They always deliver on what you expect from a Starbuck's. Not bad and nothing exceptional. Again, it is a Starbuck's and live up to the companies expectations. But we have all been there before and other coffee/cafe companies are just as good.

Three out of four orders wrong. Out of drink stoppers but still continue to overfill each drink to the point of tipping the cup even the slightest would make each drink spill. I also gave me the worlds flimsiest drink carrier to the point when she handed it to me the drinks were spilling out.
