Went on a Sunday morning, 1 car ahead of me, 4 cars in the parking lot. It took forever to get a mocha and chocolate croissant. They kept apologizing for the delay. The coffee was good and hot. The croissant was okay. Overall it was very affordable.

Recently moved out of town and am back for the holidays. Was excited to come back here as this was one of my staples. One of my fav things about this place was the service. Unfortunately, it seems to have gone down. They were out of one of my fav drinks which is understandable, but when I asked the cashier for a recommendation that doesn't have caffeine, she said their chai, matcha, and tea drinks all don't have any caffeine. This is obviously false so I ordered something else. I then went to use a plug in the ground. I could not open two different plugs I tried so I asked if the same worker could help me open one. She told me to sit at a different table which had an open plug but was dirty and directly by the door with the sun making it difficult to see a laptop screen. I have asked for help opening those plugs a few times before and the workers were happy to help. No one was even at the counter or drive thru when I asked.

I love love loveee this place!! Croissant sandwich’s hit every time and their pastries, desserts are pretty good. It’s on my way to work so it’s great in the am. I love that I can just pick up my order and the workers are always friendly and it’s clean in there. I’d pick this place over Tim Horton or Starbucks!

The staff is always cheerful and accommodating, offering suggestions that have never disappointed me!
I’d say their Vanilla Chai Latte is better than anywhere else…YUM! Their pastries and sandwiches are all SO good too!
Don’t miss out on this gem! Hayes & 21! Or Garfield & Hall Rd has a drive-thru!

We went there in the morning to grab coffee and 2 slices of cake, and left the store without the cakes - after 10 minutes waiting, we just could not be there anymore. They gave us the coffee, but then instead of completing the order (we did not even ask for the cakes to be warmed up!), they started preparing the drive through orders...I don't think it takes that long just to grab 2 slices of cake for customers that are standing there inside the store waiting, but they seem to prioritize the drive thru costumers - even after I signalized to the lady we were still there waiting... We always go to the Hayes store and we never once had any issue, on the contrary. Sounds like we won't be coming back to the Garfield one anymore, even if we have to drive a little bit more. We paid for something we did not get, that is always not good.

I have visited this location and the one on Hayes multiple times and have always had a good experience. Great environment and food offerings for all ages. The staff are super friendly. There are multiple electrical outlets throughout the dining area to plug in your electronics if you want to get some work done. Also, they have board games on site if you want to play a game and hangout.
$1.05 for oatmilk sub.. $8+ for a medium iced chai.. it's good but not worth spending every day

Recently tried Sweetwaters for the first time. Wanted a caffeine-free iced tea with their raspberry flavoring. The barista suggested their mandarin orange rooibos with their raspberry flavoring, and it was AMAZING!! Highly recommend!

One of my fav places to grab a drink/bite and get some work done. Most of the workers have great customer service skills with few exceptions. There are lots of options and I enjoy their seasonal drinks. I'm a regular customer and love getting my free drinks with their loyalty program. The only reasons for not giving a full 5 stars are:
1. I've seen kids and a dog in the working area. I understand it can be hard to get child/pet care but seems unsanitary 2. Their hours are one of the things that really pulled me in, but they seem to be closing earlier now. Went from 9 p.m. to 7 p.m.
