Consistently the slowest place to get a coffee. You can actually watch the grass grow while waiting for service. When you actually get the coffee it's good though. Plan accordingly.

It was my first time, but the counterperson was fantastic. She walked me through my order and ensured I received the freshest parts first.

Went here for the first time. We got breakfast sandwiches. They were okay. The biscuit was cold and hard but it was edible. The other sandwich was fine as well but I didn't think the quality matched the price. I spent $30 on mediocre food and decent coffee.

The two young ladies working this morning were amazing! They were kind & efficient, despite the drive through and dining area being busy. Kudos to remaining cool calm & collected under pressure!

I have recently started this thing where I go check out places I’ve been wanting to try solo living my life not waiting for anyone to do things I want to try and today it was Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea and might I say I was surprised at how much I liked it. I occasionally drink Starbucks coffee but I might be kissing Starbucks goodbye after trying here. From the time I walked in the staff was nice and accommodating. I didn’t know what I wanted and they quickly helped me figure it out and I didn’t feel rushed. It wasn’t busy inside and the atmosphere feels really homey. They had tons of things to choose from on the menu as far as coffee and tea and what I also liked was that they had alternative milk options for those who don’t drink regular milk like myself. Everything is fairly priced and to be honest the prices are way better than Starbucks in my opinion. On my food a small mishap was made on my sandwich but the manager realized right away and fixed it no problem! The food was delicious and that lemon bar was divine and I will be taking another home with me 😋. Everything came out on a glass plate and when I was done eating they came out and got my dishes, and check this… the manager also came out and asked me if I enjoyed everything, major plus! I haven’t had service like this before at a coffee shop. Phenomenal service! I honestly can’t really say anything bad about this place, but if I had any negative feedback it’s that perhaps the music is slightly too loud…people usually come to read or study at coffee shops and the music could maybe be a tad lower but that’s it! I enjoyed my experience and I will be back! Starbucks you’ve lost one, sorry not sorry!! Ya’ll need to run not walk to Sweetwaters coffee and tea now!!!

Coffee tasted burnt, Thai tea not worth your money!! Food was mediocre and the wait was long, but the workers seemed apologetic so props to them. Would NOT recommend!

This is an absolute gem of a coffee shop! The owner and employees take real pride in their craft and take regular, ordinary coffee (and non-coffee!) beverages to a whole new level. Delicious coffee drinks with real syrups and house-made whipped cream. I love their peppermint white chocolate mocha!
They use actual Matcha powder in their drinks, not just extracts from leaves, giving a more robust flavor.
One of my favorite drinks is the strawberry bliss, which is made with yogurt and strawberries and they certainly do NOT skimp on the strawberries!!
My new favorites are:
1. Dragon Jasmine pearl tea- SO comforting and floral scented, and lightly flavored. I am a tea lover, and this certainly was the most unique and joyful flavor I’ve ever had.
2. Napoli Brew- OMG. This gives espresso and creamy ice cream and sweet hazelnut all in a milkshake form. Decadence in a cup.
As for the food, I would love to come back and try one of their breakfast sandwiches, but their OMG chocolate cake definitely takes the “CAKE” and lives up to it’s name.
Whether you’re in a hurry and need a quick drive-through fix, or want the more intimate sit down feel, the service, atmosphere, and selection is impeccable.
I really just appreciate having a great local coffee shop, like Sweetwater, so close to home!

Went on a Sunday morning, 1 car ahead of me, 4 cars in the parking lot. It took forever to get a mocha and chocolate croissant. They kept apologizing for the delay. The coffee was good and hot. The croissant was okay. Overall it was very affordable.

First time at a Sweetwaters. Got a light roast coffee, which was too hot and tasted burnt. Wife got a hot chocolate, which was too sweet and left a film in the mouth.
