I really enjoy the rolled ice cream here. It was unique knowing there's not much of it in the macomb area. I'm very disappointed they removed the rolled ice cream maker. They still have the frozen yogurt though. I would go there more often but now there's no point. One other thing that made my first experience bad was this one lady ordering to put my phone away. I was recording the ice cream being rolled, and a customer next to me (pretty old of age) rudely told me and my friend to stop recording. I find it ridiculous that she did that because one she wasn't a worker and two we weren't even recording her. I love this place but they need to bring back the rolled ice cream!

We went to partridge creek mall just to get the waffle crepe, coz my husband think it's like eggettes in San Francisco. Anyways, the taste is horrible. To add more insult I decided to buy crepes coz it looks good. The picture so yummy and the price is confusing ($6.99). I ask the man who work there, (I believed he is the owner). I ask him how to order or how does it goes. And he explain to me he will make crepes and i have two choices of toppings. To my surprise he charge us $7.99. I did not say anything at all. I say to myself, he should make it really good. OMG! When I look at how he make the crepe, is no where close to the picture on their wall. I end up throwing the food. We spend $23.00 for gross. I will show you the picture of the food on the wall and the food he serve. Bad bad bad.

Went in told the gentleman several times this was my first time at swirl. He never spoke back!! Shoot he never greet us either. I had my boys with me the want ice cream. So I decided to get 3 ice cream cones. The gentleman that was helping us was very rude ! Never answer any my questions! I pay 20 bucks for 3 single scoop of ice cream. The prices isn't on the board for ice cream cone. Well I promise you I will never go back!!!! Even my oldest son said he was rude to us. They dont even deserve a star

Went with my children today, the sign said now open. The door was locked at 1pm. Another woman with two children was pulling on the doors. No sign, ie " be back in five minutes", etc. I was there this weekend all the screens with flavors were lit up. Today only chocolate and vanilla were lit up for yogurt and the non dairy option. Such a disappointment. We will not be back.

Trash. Overpriced. The machines were down. The customer service, very poor. First and last time here. Wish I would've checked the reviews before I walked in this place. While I was excited upon walking in the door. I should've just turned back around and walked out the door but I decided to give it a try. Bad decision. Never again.

We stopped in here for some rolled ice cream, but was told (not so kindly) that they discontinued it. The service was not that great, and had limited options of Fro-yo and toppings compared to other Frozen Yogurt places. My son, a Fruity Pebbles Connoisseur reported that they seemed not crunchy and stale. They didn't even have Hot Fudge as a topping or if they did, the man behind the counter that lacked smiles or kindness was not willing to point us to the direction. The real shocker was the price at the end was about six dollars more than what we usually pay. We will be going across the street to Menchie's.

I mean $4.99 for a small scoop of ice cream for my friends kids? Really? I just feel like this is way overpriced and absolutely ridiculous. Shocking. No toppings. Nothing just a small scoop of ice cream! Not organic. I'm still in shock and will never return. Wish I woulda read the reviews!!!

They have 6 yogurt machines and 2 were not working. My daughter and I got ice cream instead since the yogurt choices were mango, pineapple, Oreo or birthday cake. The ice cream tasted old even though it was a brand new container. We got two kids scoops and it was over $10. I think that's a lot. I ended up throwing out my daughters because it was so overfilled it was melting on her before we even sat down.
Fun place with bubble waffles and crepes! They had 8 fro yo choices which were enough for us, but I can see how some would think the choices were small. Prices a little steep but for a treat, it's nice

Overpriced and poor customer service. $4.99 for a cone with barely one scoop of ice cream on top. Customer service was terrible. I think the owner was the one who was serving us as well. No happy greeting or smile when we walked in and when I asked for a sample cup to taste their frozen yogurt, he didn't seem to want to give us one. We ended up opting for hard ice cream after tasting the fro yo, but we weren't impressed with the taste of either one. When I asked how such a small amount of ice cream on a cone (like 1/2 scoop!!) could cost $4.99, he said he couldn't fit any more on top. What a disappointment because the location is great. We absolutely won't go back.
