5 stars. Period. Lindsay (hope i spelled it right) literally made my bday a day early. I have had the worst day (year but lets not be negative or dramatic) anyways Linday greeted me with a smile, friendly as can be and I nervously made a special request, to which I was terrified of getting turned down..but she obliged. Little things like that can mean the dam world to some of us..don't forget to be kind guys 🫶

I usually get my acai bowls at Pure Green, but I decided to try this place. The bowl itself was way too small, and the toppings kept falling off whenever I tried to eat it. The portion wasn’t that big either. I ended up dropping almost half of it, which made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable :(

Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!

Every time I order from this Tropical Smoothie location, something is wrong—especially on weekends. I work on Hall Road and have given them multiple chances, but I’m done. The employees consistently don’t add the extras you pay for, like whey protein. I’ve even overheard them say, “If they don’t notice, we don’t add it.” That’s stealing, plain and simple.

The store manager is just as rude as the rest of the staff—zero accountability. When I brought up that my extras were missing, I was basically told it’s not their problem. But it is—I paid for it. I’ve literally watched them throw away what I paid extra for.

Online orders are almost always wrong, and the girls working there act like it’s a chore to do their jobs. If you’re ordering 20g of protein and paying for it, you should get it—not attitude and a half-made drink.

This place is a joke. I won’t be ordering from here again.

THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED FOR THE DETROIT - WOODWARD LOCATION! I have had nothing but good experiences in Clinton Township.

I ordered through the app. Waited inside the store since the designated “online orders” cubby hole was empty. After watching several people come and go, I asked about my order. It was sitting behind the register the entire time. “You’re supposed to come to the register and ask for your order.” Why have signs that say otherwise?? The man gave me two small cups because they were out of regular cups. When I refused the two small cups and asked for a refund I was made to wait another 10 minutes because his words, “I have to take care of the other customers first.” Steer clear of this location - the customer service is horrible.

I ordered an Bahama Mama Açaí bow to share, and for $12 we got a small completely frozen bowl. The fruits were fresh I have to admit but to pay that much for a small frozen bowl is crazy. Won’t come back for sure
