I normally get quesadilla because they do a good job . Sometimes they are slightly sloppy so I took break from them and totally regret getting something else . I ordered a chicken bacon ranch at the drive through but when I opened it at home it was a turkey bacon sandwich with no bacon. I called to rectify the problem and the person was polite and said they would remake the order. I went back and got the correct item only to be disappointed again by a poor experience with the quality of wrap . I will only be getting quesadillas from this location.

Not only has the staff been very friendly and QUICK, they also make my smoothies and food the best at this location. Don’t let these libs that are dropping 1 stars scare you off. Definitely recommend using their app to get lots of good deals. Thanks for being consistent and great!

While I typically reserve five-star ratings, this experience truly warrants it. The woman who prepared my meal was exceptionally kind and even went the extra mile by splitting my smoothie for me. I genuinely appreciate such thoughtful gestures. Additionally, the establishment was impressively clean and well-maintained, reflecting a deep commitment to their craft. It’s evident that they take great pride in what they do.

Staff friendly. Wrap was great. But in my opinion if you don't type someone's order in correctly and you remember them ordering that item , you should make it right and not make them pay.

I don’t like to complain or leave reviews but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I also don’t like to ask for employee names because that’s Karen behavior. The first instance was Thursday 8/22. I went to the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order sounded rude and apathetic. Like he didn’t want to be there. Then I got up to the window and waiting for my food patiently. I waited like ten minutes and the same guy with brown curly hair gave me my food after I paid and said “here” in a rushed mean tone. I let it slide because I understand that people have bad days and it’s hard. I work in retail as well and I have my bad days it’s normal. Now today 8/25 I went to this location and I ordered a salad at drive thru. The girl who took my order was alright. Not mean but not friendly either. I go up to the window to pay and I was paying with my card. The girl holds out the card reader for me to pay but because of the sun I cannot see what I’m doing on the screen so I thought I hit “no tip” but upon getting my receipt I saw that I tipped $17. That’s too much especially considering what happened after. First the girl never said that I could take the card reader so upon tipping is when she mentioned me being able to take the card reader and type my pin in. I didn’t realize I tipped that much until I got the receipt but I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break and decided I would call later for a refund. Then I waited five minutes for my food and the same guy with curly brown hair rudely handed me my food and before taking it I saw it wasn’t the salad I ordered and I politely told him that I ordered a salad and he was handing me a sandwich. He gets annoyed and looks at the girl who took my order and they stare at each other before rudely telling me to give him a second. Then I waited ten more minutes for him to bring out my salad. This was disappointing as I stated previously that I only get 30 minutes for my lunch and this was taking a while. So I finally get my salad and drive off to eat in the parking lot before going back to work only to see that he didn’t even give me a fork! This was an entire debacle and as stated before I don’t like to complain or leave reviews but I would greatly appreciate a refund and I would like management to talk to their employees about their attitudes.

This is the third time I went there for a Acai bowl. Never fells they always get the order wrong. I will continue to go to the one on Hall Rd. They always get it right. They really need to practice how to make the acai bowls. These are too expensive to be making them wrong.

Drink wasn't mixed all the way and it tastes a bit funky. My orders got screwed up and it took them a long time to remake them.

Had to get my smoothie remade my order taker seemed young her name was Lauren F and she couldn’t quite get it right i felt like i was being rushed it wasn't busy at all and my smoothie was made before i couldn’t even add any modifications before it was made, tropical smoothie we must teach the younger crowd you hire to be patient thank you

They mess up my order everytime, and i waited 30 minutes one time for two acai bowls when we saw the bag sitting right there on the counter and by the time we got them they were melted.

Today was the 2nd time at this location. Everyone is super friendly and nice. They seem to work well as a team. That's a sign of good leadership and good people!
