Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Every time I come to this location there’s an issue with my order. The last time I went through the drive through I got a bowl and added pineapple only to get to work and the pineapples were fermented. Today I went in and asked for my smoothie to be made with lite water as I always do, so it’ll be thicker. The attendant said ok and then proceeded to made the smoothie the normal way. I was the only one in the store so there was no excuse. I also ordered a pb crunch flat bread sandwich, when I got to work there was lettuce and melted cheese from another order under my wrap.

Won’t come here again after my smoothie was messed up n not fixed…I’d suggest to pass this one up and go to another one

Today was my first time at this Tropical. Smoothie, the wait time was horrible. We came in at 5:05 pm. My daughter's order was not ready until 5:45. I had to speak with the little manager on staff who did not know what was going on apologized saying. They had 20 DoorDash orders that is not acceptable. We came in there. No, customers, and we had to wait 45 minutes. Then. I asked him, who is the owner of this establishment? He said, Michael, Michael, you ought to be there to experience awful service. I will never come back to this tropical smoothie ever.

I love this location! I come here all the time because the workers have such a great attitude and they never miss with my food! I really recommend stopping by!!

Very upbeat environment, with amazing food and service all around. I come here a lot, and the managers, and employees are very understanding and welcoming. Their smoothies are refreshing and tasteful, and their food is healthy, hot, and fresh. I love coming here early in the morning and being able to just cruise right through the drive thru and then be on my way with my day. :) 5 stars all around!! You guys are awesome!!

As a positive person I would love to have been able to give more stars. However once you witness your order specialist go over to the cook and tell them how you want your food which is simple extra sauce on the side. She even took the time to explain that that means I want sauce on the sandwich and on the side. What I received was ZERO sauce on the sandwich and if it wasn't for the side sauce I would give zero stars if possible for incompetence by purpose!!

I know not to go here but I was sick and I thought let me try again 😶. I really wanted them to make me a tropical smoothie like the other stores. I got a smoothie that I couldn't drink thru the straw 😶. I went thru the drive thru and they prolly only had to keep it on the speedy blender for a min or so. I returned to this location with my sticker and they told me I should have came back that day 😶. I didn't know until I was home and back in bed that I didn't receive a tropical smoothie. I believe I went back on the third day and was told this by the manager. I've been in the food industry for many decades and I don't understand why they wouldn't make this right 🤔. I left an unhappy customer and will not be back but I will tell three friends and they'll tell three friends.....

Smoothies are consistently bad at this location, like they were made with unripe fruit

Edit: 2 weeks later, smoothies are still horrible. Have no taste at all.

Employees are rude, poor food quality, and long wait times. Two days in a row my Caesar wrap had old lettuce on it. The kale hanging all out the side of the bowl. With big halves of apples in it. Not cut into small pieces like it's supposed to be done. And the second day they didn't hardly put any chicken in it. I returned it and told the guy at the counter this is the second day in a row you guys have served me some terrible food and if you guys can't seem to get it right give me a refund and I'll go to the Crocker location. He apologized and said no they would fix it. When the sandwich was fixed the guy gave it to him to hand to me and he didn't wanna face me. I've been to that location several times since it has opened and not one time have I had my sandwich made correctly. I will continue to drive out my way to the Crocker location to get the right quality of service for my money.
