This bakery was recommended to me by a well known Italian family. They are horrible. The had the rudest workers there. Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible. No good

This bakery is not like it used to be! The customer service is TERRIBLE! Disrespected my mother and I. There is a girl that claims she’s the top manger. I asked to speak to the manger and I know she is not. I have spoken to the manger before and that was not her. A manger would never be so rude and disrespectful to customers. She told me how disrespectful I was that I wanted to order a cake from that location and have it pick it up at their other location. I’ve done it before because they recommended it to me in the past. She told me they never did that which is a lie. She asked me why I’m coming in there ordering a cake there. I told her because I live closer to this location. She kept asking me why. Why does it matter. So incredibly rude. I’ve done this many times in the past with no problem. I’ve never seen her before or any of the young girls working behind the counter. They need communication and customer service skill lessons because if that’s how they are treated their customers that is terrible for their business. Clearly they don’t want my family’s business either.

They have the worst customer service and do not value their long time Italian customer. Extremely rude girls working the counter. They act like they don’t even want to be there. Very lazy. I asked if they can do strawberry designs on the top of a cake and she said yes. I asked to see examples of them and she said she would have to look through so many pages & it would take her forever. She didn’t want to help me. She told me to look up a picture of my phone. My phone was not working plus I wanted to see the bakery’s work not a random picture online. She was extremely unhelpful and had no customer service experience. I can understand that this is clearly her first job and she’s learning but that doesn’t mean you get to disrespect a customer. I asked to speak to the manger and another girl walked out that was clearly not the manger. She was extremely rude. I doubt the OWNER of Vito’s would appreciate them treating and talking to their long time customers like that! They would have been appalled on how she was speaking to me. Laughing under her breath saying that she doesn’t do certain things when I’ve been going there for years and have had it done before. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I’ve been getting cakes there for so many years and my Nonna & Nonno, parents, siblings, aunts & uncles, cousins- Extended family all get our special occasion cakes at Vito’s. It’s extremely hurtful to be treated so poorly at a place I’ve been going to my whole life. Nothing good last forever I guess. My family will never be back after this.

I was rushing to drop off a surprise cake for my coworker and accidentally messed up the original cake, I was in the area an bought a cake at Vito’s despite it being 10 minutes until closing time I had the best experience with the ladies, very friendly and beyond helpful ☺️

Usually the tuxedo cake is delicious. Today it was just ok. Tasted like they changed the recipe. The lobster tail was delicious as usual!! Fast service. Good parking.

We chose Vito's bakery for our wedding cake. My husband and I wanted a small cake to share with our bridal party. The consultation process was quick and the baker helped give us suggestions that we may wanted to include. Our cake was amazing and we couldn't be happier.
