Ive been a regular for a few years now seen a lot of different people in & out but each worker took the time to learn my order. They always make my coffees & breakfast correctly. Excell at friendlyness, work well together & everyone takes their turns making sure the customers are getting what they order. Quite literally my favorite location.
I've only had excellent experiences here. It's usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.
Hands down, no ifs, ands, or buts about it, this is the best Biggby Coffee in Michigan! Cleanliness, organization, kindness and customer satisfaction are on each barista’s mind, every single day. Everyone is extremely hardworking, it truly is always a joy stopping by! Thank you!!
