“Had an excellent experience today at Los Cabos. The service was outstanding and the food even better. I already have a few favorite Mexican spots, and now this place is on the list. The hardest part was choosing what to order. I decided on the Sampler Dinner great value with a wide variety. The portions are generous almost enough for a family to share and the pricing is very reasonable. Beyond the service and food, the ambiance and décor complemented the experience nicely. “Kudos to Eve, she is an excellent employee as well as the rest of them that were on shift this evening.
This was actually our second stop at a Taco Bell after having such terrible service at the Taco Bell on Vienna Rd (look the review I left for them) lazy employee (young female) there.
Anyway this Birch Run Taco Bell 🔔 is definitely deserving of this

I asked “Do we have to use the kiosk to order, or can you take our order at the counter?” The young lady here was happy to help us… She replied: “No, you don’t have the kiosk, I can take care of you!” As she pointed to the counter! 😁😁 Needless to say we’re very happy to be greeted by such a great employee as her “Eve”! It’s so nice to know THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMON SENSE and GREAT WORK ETHIC and treat their customers the way we’re supposed to be treated! They actually had our food out before we could finish filling our drink cups.
Thank you, and thanks to ALL THE STAFF there this evening. It took her all of a minute, minute and a half tops to take our order! We enjoyed our meal, the place was clean! ❣️❤️Kudos to you all! I highly recommend this location❣️❤️“
