Sorry Bent Prop....so disappointed. I ordered the steak bites and asked how they were cooked. Our server said..."Rare to Medium Rare". Perfect, that is the way I like them. They came out looking very small and well, well done. They were tIny little chunks of trimmed meat and the portion was soooooo small. The service was good and the drinks were good.
Here’s the thing. We support the owner and he’s a great guy. But the wait staff was not attentive. Our server seemed inexperienced and a bit confused at our simple order. We had to ask twice for our water. Our food and drinks were good and came out quickly but one of the entrees wasn’t what we asked for. It wasn’t busy and the wait staff were just standing around and talking and not paying attention. We will come back and give it another shot, hopefully things improve.

Bent Prop Pub offers a beautiful atmosphere and super friendly staff. The food is amazing, with popular items like the steak fajita wrap, fried avocados, and fried cheese. The pub is wheelchair accessible and has a gorgeous view of Coldwater Lake. The menu is creative, and the location is awesome right on Coldwater Lake. Drive up order pick up is available right on the lake. Parking is across the street next to the marina.
The food is fantastic, however it is a bit pricey. The kids meals end up costing more than an adult entree because you are charged for their drinks separately, the sides separately (unless your kids eat homemade chips) and the entree itself. The food was all good, and the waitress was attentive and didn't forget anything during the visit.
Outstanding spot with a breathtaking lake view! The mouthwatering chicken sandwich, perfectly complemented by fresh veggies and a pickle, alongside crispy tater tots, was a delight. The pizza, packed with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese, was bursting with flavor, while the steak fajita wrap (absolutely phenomenal!) with chips offered a hearty delight. The salmon salad was a fresh and exquisite treat, and the chips trio appetizer—featuring nachos with zesty salsa and creamy guacamole—set the perfect tone. The signature cocktail mule and the refreshing Miami Vice in the bucket mug added a delightful twist. The warm, friendly vibe, casual dining atmosphere, and serene patio make this a highly recommended visit.
