They gave me seltzer water instead of Dr pepper. I knew that the syrup was empty because the first person in line gave it back their soda. But apparently they didn't change the soda it was very nasty. Other than that it was good food experience

I eat at different locations of DQs on a weekly basis. I ate at this one yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed. It was one of the best ones I've eaten at. The food was reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The cashier was polite and very helpful answering any questions I had. Made me and my wife feel comfortable. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was clean including the bathroom.
The next time I choose to eat at DQ again, I will drive the extra...

Usually really decent food. Staff is usually friendly most of the time. Food was not so great the last time. Chicken strips were hard as a rock and the size of nuggets. we ate there and the service was.... Well, let's just say I think someone was having a rough day. We will try them again next time we are out that way and see if things have gotten better.
