I love Jimmy John I usually order 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time, but recently my wrap is never made right or consistent. Half the time it’s missing my tomatoes or dressing - today half the wrap was all lettuce and crispy onions on a ne side and very little chicken on the other half! Consistency is key.
There is nothing but good things about this place! The food is always smackin! Such a good price for fast, delicious food. The restaurant its self is always clean and the employees are always so nice and go above and beyond. The gentleman today even carried my food out to my car so I didn’t have to make two trips; due to my hands being full with drinks for my family. He even held the door open for me! My review is for Tyler!!!!! I came in last minute and I promise you he wasn’t upset, super funny amazing person!!!! I’d come back just to see him and laugh with him. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!! Absolutely amazing food as well. The customer service was out of this world! Thanks for not making me feel bad for having a last minute order!
