9 Squished biscuits, 2 large side Watery potatoes and brown water gravy & rude employees. Manager put name in book and said would replace (I had a $58.00 meal)- I went today to pick up and employees were rude (10/13/25 at 11:40) said my name was not in the book and they can’t control that. Left without my stuff. As a mom- this was my cook free night and honestly it was the worst! Every time i go their the doors locked. This place is drive though only. I don't like to eat in my car. so i walk over to toco bell. At toco bell you can eat inside
Terrible service… i ordered 2 pot pies on the app, then it said it was preparing then said it was done, so went to get them and had to wait almost 1 hour for 2 pot pies, asked the young lady why did the app tell me it was ready.. She just looked at me and said it will be over 30 minute wait or we can make you 2 chicken bowls… I know everyone understaffed but come on… Hate to complain but that is ridiculous!
