This was a spur of the moment stop. My wife and I was actually going to go to Arby's. Stopping here was nostalgia driven. Being from OH, I went to Ponderosa as a kid. This place lived up to the nostalgic hype my wife and I felt. The staff was awesome and the buffet was great too.
Very involved owners and staff seem always interested in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Having said that, their grill needs work on producing a hot pink medium steak. Bathrooms were clean.
Big buffet lots to eat. Steak tips were yummy. Dinner rolls my fave. Service was excellent. Lunchtime was busy, but got our food pretty quick. Will return when in the area again 😊
