They changed the menu (item #X choices...) it took me ten minutes to figure out a plan B since I was ordering for others. The eventual compromise cost me $30 for just two people; about a 50% cost increase.
I had given this taco bell a one star in the past but in the last year it sure has turned around. Not trying to be rude but did any staff from the Coldwater location transfer to Hillsdale's location? The food and customer service have done nothing but improve at this location while the Hillsdale location has become a nightmare of incorrect orders and rude staff. We live in Reading and travel the extra 5 miles to Coldwater because you guys rock!! Actually kinda want Taco Bell...
whoever the gentleman working drive thru window November 2 2025 at midnight deserves a raise! Taco bell you need to make him a manager or something. Very professional and kind and made my day after a very bad one. Makes one hell of a strawberry cream freeze too :)
