Just go elsewhere. Took 10 mins for someone to notice I was even in the lobby and then was told to hang on lady was busy texting. Took way to long for “fast food” then everyone behind the counter was to busy having fun rather then making or bagging food. For the 50$ I spent I should have just went elsewhere.

Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the gentleman taking our order(not speaker but him) received food without fries, waved, honked, knocked on window- was looked at by 2 different people and ignored. Finally after at least 5 minutes a women handed us fries (cold). Won’t be back!!

I was there today at approximately 1:30PM , this is really a shame,, because I just gave you all a really good review when the young lady was working front register, two weeks ago. The male who made the 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches, put a drop of cheese on each sandwich, last time the Manager made the food and it was great.“ You Win, you don’t like seeing us every Sunday” You won’t see this face ever again”One way to get rid of us! Good agenda. The word “Consistency “ Don’t exist anymore! NO receipt from you is why I complained here!

What terrible experience at Arby's try to go inside and Order. They told me they were crazy busy so i never got to order inside. Then went to the drive thru. No one is inside at all and only 3 cars in the drive thru. What a mess. They need new management. They over 6 people working in there. Never again will I go here.
