We have always enjoyed this restaurant. However, the menu has changed, and the cost has risen extensively. They may be trying to change to a high-end restaurant, but the location with their layout is more casual. It's not worth the current price to dine here with tge menu change and smaller portions.

Service was incredibly slow once the restaurant got busy. Once we received our food, we didn't see the waitress for about an hour (never mind the empty beverage glasses). We ordered dessert and it took probably about 30-40 minutes before we received the dessert. I even had to get up from the table to find the waitress to inquire of the status of our dessert order. Total time from when we sat down (5:25) to when we paid our bill was about 2 hours and 30 minutes. We were anticipating a total time of about an hour less than that. Also, young kids were seated behind us and were playing music very loudly on their phones and tablets. It was so loud it was difficult to engage in conversation with our dinner guests! While it should have been the parents' responsibility to ensure proper etiquette of their children, I also think that the Benstein Grille employees and management were delinquent in not intervening to request that patrons (parents) be respectful of others dining in the area. After the dinner, I apologized to our guests for the very long wait and for the excessively noisy environment. While the food was enjoyable, I'm disappointed that this occasion where we were treating some friends to a special evening together was tainted by these things. If I come back to Benstein Grille, it won't be during dinner time. Hopefully service and the environment during lunch time is better.
I have dined at Benstein Grill, many many times and normally the food is excellent. I made the unfortunate choice to order their fish and chips for $28. It was the worst meal I've had in a long time. The fish was heavily, battered with zero taste. I will dine there again, but I learned to never order their fish and chips.
Had a delicious dinner and great service from Natalie! She gave us some recommendations and made sure our food was acceptable and enjoyable. Appreciated her attention to that! A little chilly sitting out in the area closest to the parking lot.

One of the better restuarants in the area. Decent food at premium prices. Suffers from food inconsistency from visit to visit, Even with the same dishes. Menu highlights are the short rib, pork chop, steak sandwich, waygu burger. Avoid the pasta dishes. Young serving staff sometimes lack training, can't always talk about the menu and/or practice basic serving courtesy.
Upscale, great service, felt like a really nice date night restaurant.

We arrived at our reservation time and were seated immediately. The menu has great variety and we had a hard time deciding on entrees. The food was delicious, the waitress was friendly and helpful. We will be returning soon to try other entrees.

Came here last week with my wife and we had a great dinner so a couple days later I brought one of my sons and we ate dinner just him and I and I came back with two of my cousins and their wives and they all enjoyed the restaurant as usual

Everything was great to excellent except for the temperature of the dining room, it was freezing. Many people were dining with jackets or coats on, the servers and mgmt. didn't take notice. We had to bring it to their attention several times before they finally made an adjustment.

Food was good, service terrific. Seating undesirable-we (5 of us) were seated at a table that abutted the in & out of kitchen on one side & bathroom on the other. Horrible for constant traffic & noise. Conversation within our party was difficult. Food was avg. not great considering cost (~$250). That being said, I would go back once more possibly for lunch & pay attention to seating.
