Management and staff excel at customer service. Every time I go in I feel welcomed and when leave I always receive a âthanks for coming and have a great dayâ. The coffee is always hot and service fantastic. Management is fantastic and I would highly recommend this location. Never have i had to wait 15 mins at drive thru.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! iâve never felt so welcome and at home⊠i had such a hard day and they cheered me right up. i got my coffee in what felt like seconds! they even sung me happy birthday! if you arenât a regular here, youâre missing out. the breakfast sandwich was so yummy in my tummy, when i took a bite i think i saw stars!!

This customer service is deplorable. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going there. There are too many choices in the area that have great customer service! When reaching out to management he was just as bad, which explains employees behavior.

I visited Biggby on a very snowy Thursday morning at about 715AM and was delighted to see they were fully staffed and serving food and drinks like normal. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese which was delicious, a large coffee, red bull and a medium tan line. Everything was great and I sat and used their free wi-fi to work for a bit.

Bummer- I normally drive farther just to come to this location because the highland location is terrible. Now this location messed up my order for the third time. :-( Itâs disappointing when your coffee basically tastes like water- they arenât cheap! And itâs a special treat - I donât think itâs wrong to have the expectation that if youâre paying almost $10 for a coffee it better be right. Doesnât even look or taste like matcha for like the third time mind you

Always a polite greeting as you walk in the door. The service is quick and polite, also very friendly and engaging staff. Great coffee and the dining or coffee sipping area is always neat and clean. small flowers on the table. Comfortable lighting and WiFi of course.
