I had the onion poppy seed bagel with olive and jalapeño cream cheese, plus a slice of tomato—and I swear I saw a beam of light and heard a choir of angels. That bite was divine. The shop is so cute and cozy, it’s like a bagel-themed hug. I’ve literally stayed the night at a friend’s place just to be within striking distance before work, just to get my hands on one of these masterpieces. The bagels are amazing. But not worth a 40 minute wait. Don’t go on weekends unless you’re ok with waiting 40 minutes for 3 bagels. They are super busy and don’t have the capacity to serve in a timely fashion. Was told it would be 20 minutes and my wait time was double that.

Pretty good exactly what I expected fresh bagels. Strawberry banana smoothie really good exactly what I expected fresh fruit and ice. Price is exactly what u pay for. It’s all fresh. So I don’t mind. Better then McDonald’s.

Absolute favorite, no other place like it in the area. So many cream cheese options. Their Jalapeño cheddar bagel is THE BEST. The turkey is fresh REAL turkey as well, not the typical processed crap. My weekends aren't complete until we make our morning run to BB!

So, I debated whether to post and I decided to, though the employee may have a different view (She may be the owner, I have no idea)
I am in town visiting and love coming here. The woman with the short hair has always not been very nice to employees (when I have been there) and to me. But today, I asked for a bagel, I didn’t think I wanted anything on it, but when I got to the register, I thought about getting some lox spread. I asked the price to the cashier. Nothing more.
She came over and berated me for not having asked before. She wanted an answer as to why I didnt ask when she asked. I quickly said it was fine, just the bagel, to the girl at the register and She took my money. She told the woman, I was just asking for a price.
When she gave me my change, just for a second I was mistaken and I thought I gave her a 20 But I gave her a 10. I was very nervous by that point . I quickly realized that I didn’t (Like five seconds). Before I could even say to the girl at the register, I’m sorry that was my mistake, The woman came over again and berated the girl for not leaving the money on the tray before giving me my change. Which she actually did, It was my mistake 100%. I said that as I felt bad for the girl. She didn’t do anything wrong.
The girl on the register was very nice but clearly uncomfortable. The older woman Asked what was wrong and I just told her she was being mean. Which is simple but true. It was totally unnecessary to come at me like that. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t make demands. There was absolutely no need to be anything but kind to me. As a small business owner myself, I know that people can be unreasonable and demanding. But this was not it. I left feeling very discouraged.
II probably won’t be back. She made the experience so uncomfortable.
By the way, I gave it two stars because of the girl at the counter was super nice as was her male counterpart. That should not go unnoticed
Edit- When I got home, the bagel is Not what I’ve always gotten in the past. It’s kind of stale and hard. Sad experience
Our bagels were awesome! Fresh, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor. We loved trying all the different cream cheese options, too. It's definitely a new favorite spot for bagels!

I LOVED my turkey club on everything from here! When we arrived the dining room was FULL, but we were served almost right away. The cashier was very friendly and took down our order accurately. My boyfriend loved his ham/egg/cheese on cinnamon raisin, I believe it was. If you are in the area and looking for a BOMB bagel and/or bagel sandwich, this is the place to stop. Their coffee is excellent, as well :)

5 Stars for the Chicken Salad alone. Bagels are wonderful we like the Asiago and the New York. I also like the Lox Bagel Sandwich. Did I mention the Chicken Salad is the best ever?
