It's amazing on how many levels they can let you down. A simple order like a frozen Coke and two Whopper Juniors with no tomatoes and heavy all. First they charged me the wrong amount because they forgot that it was two for $5 for the Whopper juniors. And when I got home I found out that the frozen Coke had almost no taste to it at all. And the Whopper Juniors both had tomatoes on them and no heavy all. I'm trying to figure out how they could have messed up any worse. I suppose if I ordered more food from them, then they would have found a way to screw that up. I also gave them cash at the window and got no receipt. There is a little sticker on my bag that says what I ordered. But no price on it or anything like that. The sticker does have small frozen Coke and two Whopper juniors extra all minus tomato. They got the sticker part right except for the fact that I ordered a medium frozen Coke and they charged me for a medium frozen Coke. The meat on the Whopper juniors is ice cold. I was home 5 minutes opening them up after I got them. Really pitiful. They need to get their act together. It's going to be a long time till I try this place out again. I would imagine the owner would be hoping that the staff would care more about getting the order right.
An update about a month later. I went there again because it’s close and I decided to give them another try. Ordered an original chicken sandwich. Almost 6 dollars. Just pulled out of the drive-through. It’s cold and undercooked. Complete waste of six dollars. It’s just disgusting. This place should be shut down. They just can’t seem to get anything right

I just went through the drive thru, ordered a #1 no pickle or onion with cheese, and a ranch. I got the #1, but no cheese, had pickle and onion and no ranch??‍♀️ the guy repeated it back to me even. I looked at the receipt he didn't even put my modifications on the order. The lady in front of me and another car came back because their order was wrong, exactly the same issue. Unfortunately I cannot go back to get it fixed! Someone clearly needs a few training shifts, his customer service was great, definitely a nice guy, & his communication on order was great.
I never really eat fast food, but the last 3x I have been to burger king it's always wrong, cold or they get a date sticker in the sandwich some how (not at this location) & corporate was horrendous to deal with and never did anything about it besides offer $5 on $30 worth of food that wasn't edible.
So a review maybe will help!

The firery cheese sticks were missing cheese in nearly all of them. The ones that had cheese felt like it was cooked days ago.

Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant tastes like the ones you get out the freezer isle, the sandwich wasn’t even warm :/ you could tell the hashbrowns were old and you’re basically chewing french toast drenched in oil… you can’t say it’s bc they were busy bc there was NOBODY there when we got there.

One of the worst burger kings in america. Never can get inside the lobby. Drive thru is never an option unless you are off of a work clock
