Very nice associates. Clean. Politeness. Had what I was looking for and more.

I came out of restroom and Kristi (an employee) called after me and gave me the 40$ cash I dropped from my pocket. so hard to find such good honest ppl these days. I highly recommend this store and this employee. they should promote her to teach customer relations.

Kudos to Costco Commerce! My husband and I ventured out today to do a long over due Costco run. First of all, it was an extremely well running machine. Organized, sanitized carts, friendly staff, plenty of staff to help you find things and manage social distancing. Still no toilet paper, but plenty of fruits and veggies, meat, chicken and fish. Plexus glass at checkout. Thank you Costco and your very accommodating and friendly staff!!

I have to applaud this location! in the mess we're all dealing with in this COVID-19 pandemic the staff here was cool as a cucumber! I've never seen a business so prepared for people management and cleanliness! Hats off to the management and employees here!

The quality of products are great with some good prices to be found BUT!!!!! Please organize the store so we can find things! Stop moving things around! Seems like they shuffle some merchandise week to week to mess with people. Lines are long enough on the weekends, I hate spending an hour looking for things when I could be done in 20 minutes.

It's wildly busy on super bowl Sunday but everyone was SUPER NICE. If you need help at all they've got you!

Amazing customer service. I went there today to get a membership. I was serviced by Traci at membership services. Let me me tell you she was the most helpful person I have seen in a store. Very friendly. I am glad I switched to Costco. It's much more convenient and there store has a lot of selection.

DON'T EVER USE VICTORIA AT COSTCO FOR FLOWERS Their florist Victoria is a THIEF!! She solicits customers to go through her privately and not through Costco. Using the lie and thievery that she's cheaper! She an absolute LYING THIEF. Ironically Costco stands by their deceptive thieving florist. I have a quote and she ruined my wedding with a bait and switch!! She requires payment up front before she s delivers the flowers. I paid for beautiful flowers. Instead. I got junk! I could have picked alley flowers better. Victoria didn't honor her written quote. Unethical

Always takes 20+ minutes to pick up a script. Pay for it. Then you have to be counseled. I'm not a child and I don't need to be counseled on medication I have taken repeatedly. Stop the patient counseling and put a damn employee on a register to make the pharmacy line go faster. It's beyond ridiculous.

We're definitely considering a membership upon utilizing the library card promo,for a day pass, at the Costco in Commerce. We spent three hours going isle by isle,finding the item's we needed and other treasures, with assistance from employee's who were friendly and knowledgeable. Checkout was uneventful. All lanes open and flowing. Wear comfortable shoes as there is allot of ground to cover!
