Ice cream cone. Had the sweetest young lady in the drive thru. Her smile and attitude were incredible and infectious. We told her she made our day. Never change young lady.

My wife and I were visiting Detroit this weekend and stopped at Culver’s, as we often do when we’re on the road. The food and service were—as always—excellent. However, this particular visit was overshadowed by an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate incident.
While we were seated and enjoying our meal, a female employee began loudly shouting profanities, including repeatedly yelling, “I hate white people.” As a white couple, this made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, awkward, and frankly shocked.
There is no excuse for this kind of behavior in any public space, let alone in a customer-facing establishment. Regardless of who the target is, this kind of language constitutes hate speech and has no place in a professional setting. I sincerely hope that this situation is addressed seriously and that appropriate action is taken—just as it would be if the roles were reversed.
We truly enjoy Culver’s and the experience it usually provides, but this was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Nice place. Single pattie was too thin. Shakes were perfect. Fries were fresh and crispy. Excellent fast table service. Clean restaurant.

Placed a pickup order and walked in and let them know we were there when we arrived. The nice girl at the counter said they would start making them. Waited half an hour just for them to come up and tell us they’ve had them sitting at drive through for the past 20 minutes. Didn’t offer to remake them, and got soup for icecream. They were busy, but it’s just disappointing that they were sitting at drive thru instead and pick up and nobody said anything.

No complaints. Everytime we've come here the food is delicious and timely. The only thing is the tables are often dirty for the amount of staff they often have on.

Delicious! Food was good. I got the cheese curds, they were okay, but I want to get them again.
Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten-free buns. Fries are gluten-free as well, but they cook it in the same oil as stuff that is not gluten free, so depending on how strict you are, keep that in mind.

I ordered an Uber Eats order and when I arrived I wasn't sure where to go. I noticed a rack beside the counter with a sign that said "pick up delisiousness..." so I went that way but hesitated as it was slightly behind the counter. That's when the cashier VERY rudely told me I couldn't get it myself and then VERY rudely indicated that I could not wait where I was and pointed beyond the line and told me I could wait there. When no one else was in her line she said "next" and wouldn't look at me. I walked up and she said "name?" I told her my name and she said she needed to confirm on my phone. I opened the app and slid the the slider over to indicate I was picking up my order. She said nothing for what felt like and eternity and I asked if we were good and she very rudely told me she needed to see my name. I attempted to bring it up but it would not display. I informed her of this and told her I could provide the unique order number which I could see was also displayed on my receipt on the side of my bag. I showed her the screen that displayed my order and time ordered as well. She very rudely told me I was not getting anything if I didn't show the name at which point I requested a manager. When she walked away, a helpful coworker asked if they could help. I briefly explained the issue and he went to check the order number but she yelled at him, very rudely, not to touch the food. The manager (possibly a shift lead) came over and I explained things to her. She seemed uncomfortable like she did not agree with the cashier but was afraid to address her attitude, so she very distantly communicated with me. Finally, after verifying the order number she gave me my food and did not say much of anything. Then I left and made it down the road a bit and realized there were no family fries as I had ordered. I returned to get those and planned to share the full experience with the manager but she wouldn't look at me and I was wanting to get the food home to my family. Overall this was just a terrible experience. I encourage management/owner to review the video of this experience. I arrived at roughly 6:00 the evening of September 19.
I got a double sourdough added bacon and it was terribly made I Won't Go Back

Ordered two bacon double deluxe burgers around 3:30pm last Friday. Both burgers were lukewarm and flavorless. Completely unseasoned. Total waste of over $20.

A woman named Amber was the highlight of my day. She was friendly in a sincere way, like she really wanted to get our order exactly perfect. It was like she was saying “oh, good choice!” with each item we added. The food was hot and perfect. This place gives off positive feelings, this spot has become our new go-to for dining out!
