Ice cream cone. Had the sweetest young lady in the drive thru. Her smile and attitude were incredible and infectious. We told her she made our day. Never change young lady.

My wife and I were visiting Detroit this weekend and stopped at Culver’s, as we often do when we’re on the road. The food and service were—as always—excellent. However, this particular visit was overshadowed by an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate incident.
While we were seated and enjoying our meal, a female employee began loudly shouting profanities, including repeatedly yelling, “I hate white people.” As a white couple, this made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, awkward, and frankly shocked.
There is no excuse for this kind of behavior in any public space, let alone in a customer-facing establishment. Regardless of who the target is, this kind of language constitutes hate speech and has no place in a professional setting. I sincerely hope that this situation is addressed seriously and that appropriate action is taken—just as it would be if the roles were reversed.
We truly enjoy Culver’s and the experience it usually provides, but this was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Placed a pickup order and walked in and let them know we were there when we arrived. The nice girl at the counter said they would start making them. Waited half an hour just for them to come up and tell us they’ve had them sitting at drive through for the past 20 minutes. Didn’t offer to remake them, and got soup for icecream. They were busy, but it’s just disappointing that they were sitting at drive thru instead and pick up and nobody said anything.

Ordered som custard which was great! Hard to find a clean table. Flavor of the day appearance was poor didn’t look like the picture. All the toppings were on the bottom
I did curbside pick up and I had to wait 12 minutes past my delivery time. And then I had to go inside to the counter to get my free scoop of custard.

This place needs to get its act together. 13 parked cars in the drive through and they kept taking more orders. I waited over 1/2 hour for my drive through order. Absolutely not acceptable. It’s 5:20pm on a Wednesday. Not a holiday. Shut this store down if you can’t meet demand. Shut drive through down if you are that understaffed. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. The least they could do before taking my money is tell me how unbearably slow they are. I won’t be back ever again.

My favorite stop for a reasonable meal! I come in maybe once a week or once every 2 weeks for my usual, and some of the workers know me by name! Food is so good, and especially the custard.

Shrimp was better than expected... burgers were right but my strawberry salad had at most 1 strawberry. The person who brought it food out gave my husband a nasty look. It was unprovoked so that brought down the service for us.
