Me and my family haven't had dominos in years so we gave this location a shot. Good deals, the pizza was awesome especially for my picky kids. Arrived fresh and quickly. Will be returning, thank you!

The least on point dominos I have ever seen

I ordered over the summer & haven't ordered since. I ordered pizza went to pick up & was told it'd be 10 more mines. Came back 10-15 minutes later & was told it wasn't started yet, that there were 2 other order before it. The person making the pizza said with an attitude that he was the only one there making pizzas. At this point it had almost been an hour since I placed my order. We asked him to cancel the order & he continued to give us attitude. My husband no longer wants to go there & I've since deleted my app.

When were you going to let me know that my order was cancelled?? Why did it take for me calling to find out where my delivery was after an hour?

We ordered online for a deal — 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $6.99 each. It went well and we enjoyed our pizza. I arrived within 3 min of the estimated completion time and the pizzas were already boxed and waiting for me to pick them up.

This is my neighborhood dominos , and I have never had a problem here before. I placed an order last week , and it was completely wrong but again it wasn’t an issue because this is MY NEIGHBORHOOD DOMINOS. I called and the gentleman on the phone stated I would have a credit for my next order and hung up. So today I called to get a pizza the same way as I did before , and when I went to get the pizza everything was okay until I got to my car. When I sat my pizza down the manager was a my window beating , telling me to come back in because I didn’t pay. Which again I called ahead of time , and let them know I was coming and was again told I was going to be credited for the pizza. The manager went back into the store going off , I walked back in and asked him was everything okay. He stated that I was only supposed to get 1 topping. But the pizza that was messed up had 3 topping , but why would I only get a pizza with only 1 topping. He stated it was cool and laughed as I left the store. When I called to get a phone number he argued me down on the phone and laughed as if I was wrong for asking for a manager. I told him I’m a young girl in my twenties so imagine how I feel about a man coming to my car beating on my window about a pizza he told me would be free next time. He hung up in my face and wouldn’t even give me a manger , the older guy that works in there never gives me a problem always kind.

Completely disgusting food and service. By far worst pizza I ever had

Horrible. Asked for deep dish and just gave me a barely thick regular pizza. Not square or thick. Wings barely had sauce and they wouldn't break my $100 dollar bill even though I saw the change in the drawer and had to go to a gas station just to get the food I ordered. I will NEVER COME

Sucks to give this review because some of their employees are good but others are rude, don’t follow specific delivery instructions and like to peep in windows.
I’ve had quite a few orders messed up here - but they’ve always made it right. I have such a love, hate relationship with this location. 😭

Pitifully service. Order a pizza it was delivered cold .Called and they said they would send a new one in 45-55 minutes at hour fifteen I call back. Got the run around they have to get with distric manager. Told him I just want my money back. My kids are hungry. It has been 20 minutes since they told me that they they have to get ahold of manager. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM COMMERCE LOCATION!!!!
