Fast and friendly staff members 😃. The order is always correct! Frequently visit this location and recommend 👌. Booth in far corner with 2 separate tables that can be moved together with a padded chair at each or two × four-person tables with four moveable-padded chairs at each. One x two-person table with two moveable-padded chairs. Male/female bathrooms that are always clean. Free Wi-Fi. Deals clearly marked on the windows with decals. Menu on 3 scrolling LCD TVs. Can order on app and pick up off online order rack that's away from line. Can purchase coffee grounds by the bag or pods and a variety of different colored/sized thermo-cups. Has a rewards members program.

The worker are rude, doesn’t pay attention when there people are in the lobby, they didn’t put any cheese or chipotle on my loaded hash brown. Worst experience I’ve ever had there.

We went an hour before they closed, you'd think they would discount the donuts, I had got a dozen and paid full price.

Took my grandson this afternoon. I have been here previously. Sad to say nothing has changed. Why are these owners/employees the most unhappiest people who serve customers coming in. No hello, no thanks, no words, just a death stare like they hate you. Feel so uneasy, like you are the one that needs to make them happy. My grandson orders a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel and a few doughnuts. I ordered a few doughnuts. Later I looked at missed the small sign advertising the sandwich, hash-browns and a coffee for $6.00. The sandwich I paid for was $4.49. Why the unhappy man at the register couldn't even have had the courtesy of offering or mentioning the deal(s). Not like they were terribly busy. Just a stare that they are annoyed by your presence is what I really felt. Recommendation is if you want to go through the motions, do so, but I will choose another in the future. Scooters and even McDs off Cooley offer much better service and Scooters a much, much better attitude. I tried them Friday for the first time, pleasantly surprised. The DD guy can just scoff angrily and scare off customers, hopefully it will be gone in the future and something else can fill its walls with a better group of personnel. I will say my grandson ate the entire sandwich quickly so it must have been very good, my thanks to the food preparer, well done.

The Best Dunking donut I’ve ever been .. the bagel is so soft inside and crunchy outside which I never tasted that fresh in any other Dunkin donut … Wow Cold coffee is great every time . .. those college kids who serve there are extremely courteous and kind.. love to be their neighbor ????

Maybe the only time to get donuts here is early in the morning?I've been very disappointed with this location for years. About once or twice a year I give them another chance.In the last 10 years I would say 4 times out of 5 I've been very disappointed.Usually the shelves are almost empty. The limited choices available are usually stale. (2 days old)The donuts are small.This area needs a good donut shop.This Dunkin Donuts location isn't it.

My wife purchased a dozen donuts yesterday. Donut was ok. But today, when I grabbed a left over donut, something pinched me and when I observed closely, there seems to be small pieces blades. It’s sharp but it sort of crumbles too so maybe it’s not? But main piece is definitely something hard and sharp! It’s scary to think what would happen if I swallowed this! I’m pissed! How do i post a picture on this review? I would like to show what I found.April 11 Update: So after posting my review, I called Union Lake Dunkin’ twice but no answer so I left a detailed message with my phone number. As of today, no phone call or any feedback. That goes to show why stuff like this happens. What a poor way to run a business. I think I will call Dunkin Donuts customer service to see what kind of response I get. I still have the donut in my refrigerator.

The coffee was average and the place was clean.But the middle aged man behind the counter smelled horribly like BO. It was really off-putting.

I usually skip past this dunkin on my way home from work, the last few weeks it’s been undergoing renovations and such, But jeez everything is such low quality from this particular Dunkin spot. Else where i feel like I’m gettin my moneys worth. I would give no stars if i could because it certainly isn't worth my hungry mornin pocket dive for something to settle my hunger.These particular donuts that I’m showing below were framed to be “fresh” so i called the owner or the employees on site she answered, i greeted, i then proceeded to explain to her that “these donuts are NOT FRESH!!!” In utter disbelief. I then proceeded to get the arousing Asurre that they’re made fresh what do you mean?Not knowingly i used to work for a coffee & bake shop so i literally can tell that they were dups/extras from the previous day.I just like to say that i will no longer support this location and you aren’t getting any more of my money.
