I ordered a Large Caramel Latte and Wake up wrap sandwich. The sandwich was great, however I was handed a Large Black Coffee. Not the first time this location has messed up my order.

Fairly rude and unsanitary. I just ordered from this place and the sandwich maker was handling payments? Handling cash and credit cards along with food without changing gloves is fairly disgusting. Sounds like an outbreak waiting to happen. Avoid

Not a friendly location at all. A couple of years ago there must’ve been a management change. Card has been charged twice. Give you a free donut card just to tell you they aren’t giving any free donuts. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

The person completely ignored me, interrupted my conversation to talk to others, While serving me very rude. I think she looked at me and judged me based on my color and dress and decided not to be kind or polite, or just plain pleasing early in the morning.
There is some reverse racism going on here.

I stopped to get a powdered donut after dinner and when I got home I noticed there was hardly any powder on my donut! I won't be back that's for sure! I should have read the comments before I came to this place

The bagel is burned, they were so rude and without me saying anything they just took the change and put it in their tips and never said a word.

Order on phone app and my order is always waiting on the carry out counter when I arrive. Staff is always friendly and quick on their feet. See you tomorrow morning.

Everything I ordered was wrong and my macchiato w an extra shot of espresso was pure espresso and nothing else. Terrible service, terrible results. Avoid this location!
