Unfortunately this Dunkin is just poorly ran - they seem to not train their employees at all which is a shame for such a great company.
I'm not a fan of diabetes central places, but i was craving a donut and hadn't had one in years. I popped into this location on a whim...the best service. Just a funny staff and duper friendly. My hot chocolate was perfect and I got a Boston creme that was soo good. Two thumbs up from me!

Overcooked bagel, did not toast bagel although asked twice, seems to be a language/comprehension barrier with employees maybe? Not sure, but taking people’s money and not being able to follow simple requests that they are paying for is terrible, running any dood business and not understanding what overcooked means is also terrible …will not be going back.
