I always used to come to this place on my work break, because the quality of what they were giving customers used to be great. Lately, maybe due to different management or what the issue may be, this place has been mediocre at best. I order chai tea lattes frequently, and they usually are completely out of chai. Today, I decided id give this place another try after a couple months of not going. Below is a picture of the large chai tea latte that I ordered today. IT IS CHUNKY. Didnt even bother mixing it. I ordered this drink 10 minutes before arrival, and had to wait an extra maybe 5 minutes for THIS. Not to mention, its sour like it was made with expired milk.
Einstein Bros, this is unacceptable. Do better. This place used to be my favorite.

Made an online order for nearly $200, drove 40 minutes to pick it up and they let me know that they didn’t have the bagels so they just didn’t make it - without even calling me or cancelling the order. The staff were very disrespectful & simply didn’t want to make the bagels because the order was placed almost 2 hours before closing.

I ordered catering from Einstein Bros. Bagels in Commerce Township for a work event, and everything was fantastic! The bagels were fresh, soft, and flavorful, a big hit with everyone in the office. They had a great variety, and the shmear options were generous and delicious.
The service was equally impressive: friendly, prompt, and very helpful with making sure everything was packed and ready to go. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for both catering and a quick breakfast or coffee run. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

This place is always busy… but somehow still slow and inefficient. We ordered two bagels online, thinking it would save time, but after 15 minutes of waiting and sipping coffee, we were still standing around — right next to people who had just ordered in-store and were also waiting 15–20 minutes for their food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it makes no difference?

It feels like I am pampering myself to eat here. I love the sandwich with chorizo, and avocado... perfect balance of spice & creaminess with the chew of the bagel. Yum!!

I don’t know if it’s just this particular location but I’ve now multiple times received bagels that don’t mirror the usual big fluffy Einstein bagels. They’re tiny, dry, and a little too dense. What happened?
