Talk to staff about reading the ticket, not listening to the order. Get home with the wrong order after correcting another aspect while there. Annoying and not worth going back now.

While the chain has good food, this particular location is so poorly managed it has been a bad experience the three times I have tried . The staff is untrained, unmanaged, and the kitchen is an absolute mess. I could go on but take my advice and pass this location up and find somewhere else for breakfast.

Staff was prompt and friendly in taking my order. Food came out quick and fresh! My Nova Lox order was made very well and the portion size was solid. Facility is very clean. Pleased with my visit!

I got charged for 2 orders but only placed one. I’ve been going back and forth with the catering sales manager about my refund and it’s been over a week since I received a refund. This place is so unprofessional and I will not be doing business with them ever again.

I have placed an order of bagels through the app and the payment got processed but when I went to pickup those were out of stock and they cannot give us the refund there and when I reached the customer care there was no response this is so ridiculous and disappointing how could you design an app with such an idiotic feature that’s very disgusting and disappointing!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will not return to this location. Took over 1/2 hour for an on line order. They are either inefficient or understaffed for a Saturday morning. My iced Chai latte was not made correctly. First sip, obviously a coffee drink. While they did remake the drink they were in disbelief that it was made wrong the first time, however you could see an absolute color difference on the properly made drink. Second drink however was not much better. Sour taste. Either the Chai concentrate they use is bad (unlikely) or the milk had an issue. Also my bagel was supposed to be toasted. It was not. Lastly the seating area is cramped and was dirty.

My husband and I just started patronizing this place again after some disappointing past visits. Not sure if area residents are aware, but this Einstein’s is now under new ownership. The owners have put a lot of work into this place to make improvements. It is still a work in progress, but please stop in and have a bagel and coffee or buy a dozen bagels. The new owners are really friendly, the bagels are great, and the coffee is hot. Community support will help them thrive.

My wife and I stopped into the Commerce Einstein on Richardson road today. We ordered a hot-entree, bagel, and coffee. It was served promptly and was delicious. If you haven't been here in a while, you should check it out.
