I made the mistake of not waiting for my online order to submit, since I was in the store already I asked the worker if I could just place another order to which he gave me attitude about doing. I’m not sure why since it is his job. Very rude. Terrible service

Every time I order from this location, it is wrong. When I tried to speak with the manager to get it right they told me there is NOTHING they could do. They told me to call corporate. When I spoke with corporate they said that I would have to speak with the individual franchisee and if they said to call corporate then they WONT do anything for me even though I paid for items that I never received. I will not ever order from this location again.

Did something change? I don't remember this pizza ever being very good in years past.. but I went there recently several times and had the deep dish flavored crust.. and WOW... it's like a whole different pizza than How I remembered it. the Ingredients, the sauce, the bread is fantastic and got a lot of zip to the flavor. it's an incredibly flavorful pizza now. What did you guys do? whatever it is.. bravo... and keep up the great work. fantastic Pizza and decent prices.

Horrible customer service ! The guy on the phone sounded like he was falling asleep taking my order. He also stated that this location doesn’t have small size orders for howie bread and the only size I can purchase is a large which didn’t make any sense . But my kids are hungry and I’m not shopping around

Completely incompetent staff. I ordered online and showed up 5-10 min after it was due to be completed. After waiting 5 min before even being acknowledged by anyone, a staff member first tried to locate my order but then just randomly drifted away. I thought he was either working on my order or looking for it. He was doing neither as I later found out. After 5-10 min of this, I then interrupted another staff member. I was informed they received my order but had no clue where it was. She then asked if I’d like them to make my order, it would only take 10 min, it took 15-20 min. I wonder when they would have told me they couldn’t find my order had I not interrupted the staff. I was in the store 40 min. Customers came in after me, placed orders in person, and left before me. All I got was tiny discount and a whoops, sorry!! From them….
