Two large 1 topping deal. Asked to move both toppings to one pizza and have one just cheese - no deal. So stupid. Every other pizza place will make this common sense change.

after severAl attempts to order on line (site kept resetting)) I called to place an order, while on hold the ads kept replaying "get the bee sting pizza for 12.99" which is what I was ordering. When Michael answered, and I enquired about the price, he said, "sorry, only online " I asked about any specials, he said there are some but they really come out to the same price. I ordered the large pizza and Howie bread. 15 min later (8 pm) I came in to pick up, not ready, I pay and sit down...next to the big poster, free Howie bread with any large pizza. while waiting, the staff was talking about how stupid a caller was , the caller apparently was a young male who had never ordered a pizza before. I couldn't see the people talking but I could hear clearly. During the conversation, a female complimented her manager Jeremy, "Jeremy is the best manager, he's fucking awesome " The chatter continued with both people dropping f bombs and saying, "shit." Jeremy...sounds like your employees respect you, maybe a conversation with them about professional would go a long way.My experience on 10/8 was poor, pity because the pizza was good.

I've ordered from here so many times over the years. Today is 50th anniversary and the website wasn't reflecting 50% of my order . I called in asking. The women was rude and said well I don't know what to tell you if it's not working. And hung up on me! So what they are false advertising.... Sad

I ordered their Sunday deals for a large 1 topping pizza and a Howie bread. I asked if a 3 cheeser bread was ok to use on the deal. But when I picked it up the person said anything with cheese on it is upcharged and it added a few dollars to my order. He said it was the driver ( the one who picked up the phone ) messed it up but there wasn't anything they could do. I asked for a sauce cup to atleast make it worth it but he said it was still a 1 dollar upcharge.

We had pizza and breadsticks delivered tonight and our sauce cups were forgotten. I called up to the store right away and both workers I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. I spoke to Kyle the general manager and he was very apologetic and provided multiple solutions to the forgotten sauce cups. I am very pleased with the nice and professional customer service at this store!
