I’ve tried Jennifer’s twice in the last month and it was so awful . The chicken in the wrap was like chewing gum, rubbery and No flavor what so ever . I’m done trying . Whoever took it over needs to go back to the good quality that it used to be when original owner owned it .

So just went today for lunch. Obviously the youngest guests! There is a new owner but that did not sway us from lunch. We love the carrot soup and still endpoint. The food was good but the place needs a deep cleaning! I used the bathroom and always rate a place by this! Nope, sick and dirty as heck. The front also needs cleaning! So, I doubt I will go back until the place is cleaned! I waited to say something to my wife until we were done.

They have amazing Carrot Chicken Soup! It comes in a HUGE bowl…so you can split it or get some to take home! Their homemade chips are yummy too.

While we love Jennifer's, this is now the third time we have been inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism. Over the last few months we have went to go eat, or order and they have been closed despite their hours not reflecting that. Just tonight we placed an order online, only to recieve a call saying they're closed while their hours said they were open for another hour. This is a disappointing review to leave, but we will not be back.

It’s nasty and it’s dirty. they don’t pay their waitresses. they don’t clean and there’s flying bugs in the kitchen and the soup taste like left over dishwater.

It used to be a good place but my last experience there was terrible. Rude management, unwired tables, and poor presentation and taste of food. Not going there again

I still like Jennifer’s but I used to love it. We ordered it again tonight and the Maurice salad was good but the ham and dressing seemed different and not in a good way. We ordered a #4 and #11 sandwich and the turkey and roast beef were not as good as they used to be. It felt like packaged lunch meat instead of the yummy shaved meat that it used to be. And the chips were a bit stale. So the food was ok but much less enjoyable than before. If the owners are reading this, please go back to the original recipes!

We ordered our usual from them but haven't been there in a couple of months.
I didn't know they have new owner.
The wrapped sandwiches which I ordered was not the same on the menu and neither was the flavor. Something changed and when it does, it usually begins with new owners.
Why don't you keep it the way is was?
Did you think we wouldn't notice?
We have ordered sandwiches from Jennifer's for many years. Funny how something can be ruined in a short period of time when some thinks they can do a better job than the previous owner.
Unless you get back to the original recipes, we won't be back.

Worst Carryout Service I have ever had, try to hire some adults instead of children very rude, last time you see me in the store

I used to love Jennifer's and my family would eat here regularly. My go to for years has been the #1 - Smoked Turkey, Harvarti, Lettuce and Tomato. I ordered it again toda and the decline in quality was shocking. It used to be thinly shaved turkey and melty harvarti cheese in a warm wrap. What I received today was cold and looked more like the kind of wrap I'd make for myself at home, not pay $17 for. The turkey legitimately looked like it came straight out of a plastic container you would buy at a grocery store.

The Maurice Salad was still good and looked the same, but I'm honestly really bummed about the wrap. After reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one who has noticed a difference in the quality.

I had a wrap it was so soggy it fell apart.My fries were cold. My husband ordered a club. Oh boy it had thin sliced ham maybe three pieces and lettuce,no mayo. He asked for no tomato.his had homemade chips that were so greasy. A cute little place but for $34.00 for lunch. Sad to say McDonald's could of not been any worse. If your in the area try Biffs on corner of commerce & union lk Rd.
