It never fails, EVERY single time I get a delivery order from this Jimmy John’s they can NEVER get my order right. I pay money for food I never receive and then have to call and complain over missing items. I pay for food that should be received. You should be able to make a sand which or do what’s request on the order. I’m tired of spending over $30 for only 2 sandwich’s and then not being able to get the order right. Lesson learned I’m done ordering from this Jimmy John’s. Your job isn’t that hard.

I really hate to rate this different then what I had. I had a 5 over all. I walked in and was treated like a number ( freaky fast). I had my order ready and couldn’t hear what the young man said. He was working fast and blew me of to a young lady. No worries, I told her what I wanted and paid. I didn’t tip because I was going to give 10$ a piece cash ( my bill was 15$ there was three working) she seen I didn’t tip. She tossed my food on the counter. I asked for a bag, she turned her back to me and walked away, and said you can bag it yourself. This was today 11/17/23 around 12:50. So then I went to Subway. Had them make me the same subs, did not tip. They bagged my subs and said thank you. So I thanked them and I tipped two employees 10 $ apiece. Looks like I saved 10$ on a tip for customer service. Still had to pay 15$ for extra subs I didn’t need. But I know where I will stop on my way home next time.

I don’t even know why I stop in here anymore. It’s less than a mile from my house and is convenient, but the food is terrible and the order is wrong EVERY time. I always order an unwich with extra meat and get charged for that. Never fails - no extra meat - but this time my unwich was the side of the palm of my hand! This place is so disappointing. I grew up near the beck and Pontiac trail location and those people would die if they saw how the Union lake location was run. The employees are lazy, preoccupied, and they make terrible sandwiches and don’t listen to what customers want. The kid had my sandwich made before I could even complete my order - so he probably didn’t even hear that I said extra anything. I wish I could have the money I’ve spent here back, but I’ll just never return after this. All they are concerned with is getting you out of the store from the second you walk in. Huge disappointment to the JJ franchise. This location needs someone to come retrain everyone and teach some serious customer service, which starts with listening.

Employees are terrible. They always have friends in the lobby sitting there that they are hanging out with. This experience the staff member type in my order but didn’t even take my money to pay before she walked off to go sit in the lobby to hang out with a friend on the clock.
I hate being one of those people but I showed up 25 minutes before they closed and they told me unless I had a pick up order I couldn’t order anything because they closed early. Lazy kids.

The kids wanted beach sandwiches so I decided to come here and get a variety of sandwiches to have in the sand. One of my favorites is the Beach Club. I love getting that one on the sliced wheat bread. It is so good every time. Sometimes it is nice having someone make a sandwich for you and since it is on square bread, it taste more homemade. We also tried the Thai Chicken wrap which was good and refreshing. I also decided to get a bunch of the "mini" sandwiches so we can have a variety, so we got the veggie, a roast beef, a turkey, and a tuna. The small sandwiches were surprisingly large and I am not mad about it. They were on a long skinny bread and I thought they would be a small half of a half sub. It was such a hit the kids want another sandwiches on the beach day. This is a small location near a Dunkins that I frequent. It is a good location, easy to get in and out of, and they people working there were friendly and the food came out quickly. I would come back here again.

jimmy john's? more like skimpy john's. have't been here a long time but my luscious veggie sammy has become a flat and dry. i almost didn't realize my avocado was on there :O. will be saving my money and being a jersey mike's stan as i should. this is what i get for supporting poachers.
