Employees were very rude. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, it seemed like I was interrupting. They made eye contact with me several times, then walked around the corner and hung up on a customer that was on hold and started laughing. Management needs to look into this. Bunch of immature teenagers "running" this place.

Arrived at 8:47pm to a dark store with the staff mopping and closing. I understand that staff likely wants to get home after a long day, but it is disappointing when a store closes before the hours they post, especially at a fast food restaurant where service only takes a couple minutes.

I have been to other Jimmy John’s but this location is really lacking. I ordered a veggie sandwich for pickup and it was so sloppy and improperly put together that it was shocking. No regard for customer satisfaction. Will not be going to this location again.

Pure lack of customer consideration, they had confirmed my order, for more then 1 hr I received 3 messages from the delivery service saying they were on their way, the last one said it would arrive in 7 minutes. Out of nothing I received a final message saying my delivery was cancelled, I called the restaurant and they said they didn’t had bread, I said they could have told me 1 hr ago, he kept repeating “right” and DID NOT CARE AT ALL for the order they had “confirmed” and “shipped”. They said they didn’t have my phone number but I was receiving messages all the time from the delivery service, I ordered through the app and all my data is available there. I’m very frustrated with this restaurante right now!

Food is always excellent. Unfortunately, this time cashier was very rude. He seemed to be irritated and his mind was definitely on something else. He did not even look at me. Not a good look for one of my favorite sub shops.

The first delivery I ordered took more than an hour to receive and the unwhich was very watery and soaked thru the lettuce. I tried a second delivery in hopes that was an isolated incident. I ordered 2 different little johns. I received them timely, but they were identical subs, and they were flavorless. My third (and last) delivery was also timely, but again the sub was flavorless and dry. I do not recommend this particular Jimmy Johns.

Jimmy Johns always has consistently well made sandwiches, I always get the Turkey Tom with a side of kickin Ranch and it's never disappointed! Unfortunately, as others have mentioned it seems the customer service is not the best here. The problem I had was when I placed a delivery through their app, I see a $5-6 delivery fee - I think thats okay because I know they pay their employees. BUT upon delivery the driver didnt have any change for a 10$ bill.. so I was of course forced in this situation just to tip the extra $5 I should have got back in change. I have ordered pizza from a Hungry Howies before and didn't have an issue changing a 100$ bill ... This was only a few bucks she needed to change and could not. Honestly would have saved money using DoorDash/GrubHub/Uber Eats.

The male staff member working on the evening of 9/2 was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was the only one in the store besides the female staff member who was working and very kind, and the male employee who was sitting at a table with his friend. He was mad the moment I walked in, asking me “what do you want?” while I was still looking at the menu, I asked a question and received a rude reply, and he rushed me while I was trying to order keeping my dairy allergy in mind. I won’t be back.

August 23, 2023, at 8:35pm. Store location 14 mile Rd near the five expressway. I frequent this Jimmy Johns a lot, I work a 10 shift and this store is on my way home. I reached the store around 8:35pm today after my shift and ordered my usual sandwich. The store closes at 9pm, so I had 30 minutes before they closed. The two individuals behind the counter did not seem to thrilled that I was there, the one that took my order was polite, but the gentleman that prepared my sandwich was not so nice. As my order was being rung up, the gentleman preparing the sandwich slammed the lid to the cold cooler down, it was loud enough that the individuals walking outside going to the Yemen coffee house next door glanced in through the window. I do understand that I came in 30 minutes before the store closed, and that they had started to mop the floors and were in the process of sanitizing the counter top and prep area when I walked in, but there was no need to slam the lid and look annoyed. I left a 15 percent tip, I know that restaurant workers do deal with rude customers. That being said, these individuals should have locked the door early, if they wanted to close up shop earlier. To the target, homedepot, Costco and Henry Ford employees that are working late and need to get food late, go to Wendy's, Culvers or McDonalds instead.

I was prompted to leave a tip on two separate screens after paying $30 for three sandwiches. Jimmy John's pay your employees more I'm not going to support this asinine tipping culture.

Consistently locks up early and turns the lights off to appear closed. Pull up at 8:30-40 all the time to a locked and pitch black store before a presumably high/barely competent employee huffs and puffs as he’s making my sandwich. Corporate needs to do a takeover on this location from the top down. Crazy management allows this
