Jimmy Johns always has consistently well made sandwiches, I always get the Turkey Tom with a side of kickin Ranch and it's never disappointed! Unfortunately, as others have mentioned it seems the customer service is not the best here. The problem I had was when I placed a delivery through their app, I see a $5-6 delivery fee - I think thats okay because I know they pay their employees. BUT upon delivery the driver didnt have any change for a 10$ bill.. so I was of course...

August 23, 2023, at 8:35pm. Store location 14 mile Rd near the five expressway. I frequent this Jimmy Johns a lot, I work a 10 shift and this store is on my way home. I reached the store around 8:35pm today after my shift and ordered my usual sandwich. The store closes at 9pm, so I had 30 minutes before they closed. The two individuals behind the counter did not seem to thrilled that I was there, the one that took my order was polite, but the gentleman that prepared my sandwich...
